To keep things tidy, I moved your post to this thread: Android: Device Activation Code To activate Pandora on your phone, you only need to sign in into the app with your Pandora account email address and password. Please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number, so you can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts. If you want more details about the Device activation tab please check the Accepted Solution on this thread. That said, if you're having trouble logging into your Pandora account with your password, please respond directly to this post to let me know, this way I can create a case with our support team so they can help you log back in ASAP. Thanks all for your patience around this.
A fix for the shuffle issue has been released. We hope this will help to resolve shuffle getting stuck on one station.
Please be sure to close out your web browsers completely and relaunch. Try Pandora again and let us know if you continue to have trouble.

Thanks for your patience! A second fix has been released that we hope will resolve the issue with shuffle. Be sure to close out your web browser completely to ensure that you receive this update. Reopen and try Pandora once more.

Thanks for posting your experience with Shuffle getting stuck on one station.
Unfortunately, after a long investigation our engineering team was not able to reliably replicate this issue, however, they have released an update that we hope will help resolve. We are looking for feedback about your experience after this update.
To ensure that your computer has received the latest update, please complete the following:
For Web Browser:
Be sure to completely close out your web browser and relaunch. Try Pandora again.
For Desktop App:
Mac: Reset the Pandora app from the Help menu. Select Help and then Reset App Data.
Windows: Reset the Pandora app from the Help menu. Press Alt on your keyboard to bring up a menu options at the top of the page, then select Help and Reset App Data.

@NoVariety Sorry to hear your Thumbprint Radio station is becoming repetitive. I do have some suggestions that may help. If you don't have many stations, you may want to create more stations and give more thumbs up, to give Thumbprint more feedback to work with. Be sure to thumb freely on Thumbprint Radio; this will help us learn which thumbs you want to hear more of, and which you aren't interested in anymore. Thumbing a track up or down on Thumbprint Radio won't affect its thumb rating elsewhere. Just like your other stations, if you thumb up a track, you'll continue to hear it and tracks like it, and if you thumb it down, it won't play again on Thumbprint Radio. You can always remove the thumbs down later if you want to bring the track back into rotation on Thumbprint. You can also use the I'm tired of this track/song feature for tracks that you still enjoy, but don't want to hear again for a while. To find this feature on mobile, tap the album art of the currently playing track, then the three dots on the right. From a computer, click the ellipses near the album art to reveal the option. I hope this is helpful.

It generally takes about 10 songs for the new shuffle setting to "find itself". Pretty sure they keep about two songs in a pre-loaded queue... and then the algorithm figuring out how to "mesh" the selections you've chosen. It does require a small bit of patience.

To keep things organized, I moved your original post to Desktop: Shuffle Button is Missing.
To shuffle as Pandora Premium user, go to My Collection, and sort the collection by Stations or songs and select Shuffle Stations/songs.
You should be able to shuffle your stations or songs through this method.
However, if you're still seeing the shuffle option greyed out, would you mind sending me a screen shot of what you're seeing and the web browser you're using (i.e Chrome, Firefox)?
Let me know if you're still having trouble and I can send you some troubleshooting instructions that we can try! 🎧

This was exactly why I didn't upgrade my cell phone app, and my tablet automatically upgraded itself. Guess which one is having more problems now. I agree that there really needs to be a reversion option.
