Hi @Anothrannoydusr , Let's try some troubleshooting steps to see if they help. For starters, if you haven't, please try out these steps to uninstall / reinstall the app: iOS Troubleshooting. Also, for your Sonos: First, ensure that your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Sonos. Next, check for any updates to the Sonos and Pandora apps. To check for any necessary updates, visit the app store on your device. If you continue to have trouble after you've done that, make sure that your Sonos' firmware is up to date. To check for firmware updates from an iOS device, open your Sonos app and tap on the More tab. Select Settings and then Check for Updates. Once any necessary updates are complete, restart your Sonos device and try Pandora again. Feel free to keep me updated about what happens by posting directly on this thread.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend running through the following troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting for Android Devices If that does not resolve the issue for you, I'd like to report your experience to our engineering team. Can you send over a bit more info about your device? Model: Samsung galaxy s20 Carrier: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Build number (Settings > About Phone): Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version: If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number. If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora Additionally: What Samsung One UI version are you on? Are the player controls unresponsive on the lock screen, Now Playing screen in the app, or both? Are you connected to a Bluetooth device when you experience this issue? Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? Have you identified any other patterns or notable information? Let me know what you can find out.

@joe_shmo I created a separate post for your issue in the Android space. If the Chromecast icon isn't showing up in the Pandora app or if you're having issues casting, try the following: Check to see if there are any updates available for your Pandora app and update if needed. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast device. Try reinstalling or clearing app data for Pandora on your device. Restart your Chromecast device by unplugging the power source and plugging it back in. Restart the Pandora app on your device. Run the Chromecast app to set up your Chromecast device again. If you are still having trouble with Chromecast, please refer to Google's support page here. I hope this is helpful. Let me know how it goes.
