@ValMar09 Welcome to Community! Based on the screenshot, it appears like you're on the Now Playing page. You'll need to go to your Collection page so you can shuffle the stations on your account. Once there, make sure you click on Stations first, and the option to Shuffle should appear. You can also check out the accepted solution to this thread for instructions on how to shuffle your stations with Pandora Premium. If you continue having troubles, please let me know.

@Marty2 Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? What exactly isn't working? Also, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device? If you are on a computer, are you listening from: A Mac or Windows computer? Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using? If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say? Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing? Thanks for working with me on this.

I would also like to be able to delete by selection from the recent listening queue, can this feature be added in upcoming releases?

The repeat icon is highlighted. It automatically is pressed when I select a song I want to hear. I can press it to turn it off but I have to do that after each song I want to hear. It only does it when I play a specific song, not playlists. Many thanks, Bill Moderator Edit: Removed Personal Info

@tinker1 I moved your post to the iOS space. I'm showing your account is currently set up with the free service, so you don't actually have the option to download content for offline mode. This being said, I'm happy to explain where where your downloaded music from Pandora can be found if you do choose to upgrade. The tracks you download will continue to live within the Pandora app, but you may listen to them offline with an Android or iOS device. In other words, Pandora Premium allows subscribers to take individual songs, albums, or stations offline for listening within the Pandora app. However, it's not possible to transfer your Pandora music collection to an external music source. If you're outside of our app, or you're accessing Pandora from our website or another type of device, you won't be able to view those downloads. If you'd prefer to download music for your personal collection with a file you can access elsewhere, we recommend buying it from an online music store or authorized retailer. Hope this helps! @Porquetuuusabes I moved your post over to this existing thread: Ad Feedback - Not Receiving Ad Free Uninterrupted Hour Once the sponsored ad activity has been completed, a bar should appear across your screen indicating the advertiser who is providing the free hour. You can (X) out of any additional visuals. Although the bar indicator is a visual ad, there should be no other video or audio ads during that time. Keep in mind also that when you engage in an hour of uninterrupted listening through an offer by one of our advertisers, the hour expires one hour from the time you accepted the offer, regardless of how much you listened during that hour. If you still feel that you did not receive the hour of ad-free music you were promised, could you provide some more information about your experience? What was the ad for? Do you remember the brand, product, event or website name? How were you accessing Pandora when you received the offer? If on a mobile phone, iPhone or Android? Which of your station(s) did you hear/see it on? What time of day did you receive the offer? Did the ad ask you to watch a video, swipe through a gallery of photos, or rotate an image? After doing the activity, did you hear a voice say "your uninterrupted listening starts now" or did you see a black bar saying "Uninterrupted Listening" appear above your album art? Thanks for your help with this!
