Hi @RChavez, thanks for posting. Can you confirm that the email address used to sign into your Desktop app is the same as your browser? Also, would you do me a favor and take a screenshot of the desktop app, preferably from the My Collection page. (If you need help with this, let me know) Thanks!

Hi @SeanBe! Welcome to community! I moved your message to our Android support board since you mentioned being on a Samsung Galaxy, this helps keep things organized. Are you able to take a screenshot of the error message when you try and shuffle for me? I'll take a closer look. As for the skipping, I'd like to start with some troubleshooting. I've asked our User Support team to enable a trace on your account. This trace helps can help determine what may be happening. From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps:* *Please note, Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after this, let me know. Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. You will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps. Let me know how it goes.

Hi @barrettblack thanks for posting and sorry to hear this. Since Pandora for Business is delivered and licensed by Mood Media, your device and stations work a little differently than Pandora for personal use. I may be able to restore the station on my end. Can you let me know the name of the station that's disappeared? I'll see what I can do.

Hi @addiedusel thanks for posting to community. I moved your message over to the iOS board to help keep things organized. I checked your account on my end and I am able to see your stations. This may be a device issue, if you haven't tried any troubleshooting yet I have a few things to start off with. First, try signing out of Pandora and then in again. Be sure to sign in with the correct Pandora email and password. If your stations are still missing, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. *Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after reinstalling, please let us know. To do that: Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking." Then tap the tiny "x" that appears in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to delete the app. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device. Let me know it goes.

For your iPhone, if you haven't already, can you try the steps that @AlyssaPandora mentions in her post here. If the option is still missing after trying those steps, I'd like to pass your info along to our engineers. Can you let me know the following: Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone 5c, iPod 6th gen, iPad Air2, etc.) iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version) Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen) ++++ For Shuffle on the web, I took a peak at your account and I do see the options still available on my end, however, there doesn't appear to be any stations selected. Can you take a screenshot on your computer of what you're seeing? (If you need help with this let me know.) If you're able to edit your shuffle selection, can you go ahead and select the stations you'd like to shuffle and try again. Let me know how it goes and if you need help taking that screenshot. Thanks! 😄

When you say you closed the app and restarted, did you mean you uninstalled and reinstalled? In the meantime, I'd like to collect some additional info on your iPhone to report back to our engineers.
