I've gone ahead and checked your custom Shuffle selection and think I was able to determine the issue. Your Christmas Canon Radio was created using a song seed that didn't include holiday music. I recreated the station for you using the correct song seed: Christmas Canon by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra (Holiday)
You can go ahead and add this station back into your holiday shuffle.
You can search using the name of your favorite artist and adding "holiday" to the end.
We also offer some holiday artist stations featuring holiday song covers from popular artists.

Sporadic problems with 2020 Cadillac XT6 Bose Radio. This afternoon I could not get any connection with Amazon Alexa. Message was "I'm unable to connect to the Alexa cloud. Please try again later." After completing my shopping, the music was playing 2 different songs at the same time. One was coming from Pandora and the other was from Amazon Alexa. This continued until I reached home. I had stopped several times on my way home to video my screen. Hopefully I can show this to my dealership tomorrow. After the car engine is shut off, the double music doesn't return.

When you say you lose downloaded content with Pandora Premium, does that happen randomly?
Or does that occur after you sign out of the app and then sign back in?

Please note, it is expected that Pandora will begin playing when launching the app on a mobile device. However, as a Plus or Premium subscriber, the ability to disable this functionality is available.

3 years later and I'm having the same exact issue. I took your research, ended up deleting and re-adding all of the stations pre-June 2012 just to have them available on my TV. I guess it's just a fresh start on adding the thumbs up/down to the one's I like. Thanks!
