MAKE IT STOP HIJACKING MY PHONE

Every time a song or ad starts or resumes, it takes me into the app and away from whatever I was doing at that moment. I'm not sure if this is related to the "music won't stop playing when you tell it to" issue that many people have which made me get rid of Pandora originally. Going to test if that's happening too. I only redownloaded the app about 2 weeks ago, and this just started happening.

When Pandora is playing in the background, does the app automatically open (when not intended to) when an ad starts or the next song starts playing?
