Web: See All Lyrics leads to an undefined lyrics screen

...huh, this is weird.  When on the main playing screen, it shows this:

It's obviously got lyrics on it.^

But if you click the "See All Lyrics" button, you get this:

How are the lyrics undefined, yet showing on the previous screen??

@AdamPandora, occasionally, yes.  I use updated Firefox for Pandora playback.

Checked just now & yes, it's still happening with some songs(not all)

See lyrics^  but then they're undefined...

Seemingly Random 24hr "Complimentary" Plus Subscription...???

Well, this is very interesting.  This evening(2025-2-05), upon checking my email, I saw one from pandora@pandora.com with the subject line "Welcome to Pandora Plus" received just before 1500hrs Pacific Time t'day.  My 1st thought was, "WTFrick? I didn't subscribe to Plus!  Has my account been compromised?!" & so I did some digging.  I found a notification was waiting for me advising that I'd earned the Plus Subscriber Badge at 11:43am, & when I go to my Pandora Settings & look under the Subscriptions section, it says, "Your complimentary subscription of Pandora Plus ends on 2/6/2025."

...  So, it's complimentary.  ...for 24hrs or less? LOL!  Anybody else get this?

@mods, what happened here?  Glitch? Clerical error? The email mentions nothing about it being a complimentary subscription & if I'm not the only 1 getting this unsolicited gift, I know I'm also not the only one confused & concerned about my account.  It seems there's certainly room for improvement in communication as far as such goes.

That was me, sorry for any confusion around that. I was investigating your report more closely with the lyrics not appearing in the Backstage page versus the Now Playing page. I believe this may be related to a licensing issue with the track and the lyrics. We receive lyrics from a partner (and don't quote me) but I believe it's available per song, versus album or collection. I've created a ticket to include an engineering team to further assist because I've gone as far as I can go in my investigation but have shared my findings with them. I'll keep you updated with any updates I receive.

@TannerPandora I have the same issue with songs showing the clip of Lyrics, but since I upgraded I have not seen the secondary page fill with anything except Undefined.  This is happening on songs where I know the Lyrics used to be available on the secondary page, and no longer appear when I click the button.  Please update us if you figure out why this is happening.

Sorry for the continued trouble. Could you please send me a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing?

If you have a Windows machine please try using the Snipping Tool. You can find specifics about this tool and how to use it here.

Then post the screenshot here.

If you have a Mac:

1. Hold down the Shift key and the Command key (which may have an Apple logo and/or a 'four-leaf clover' type symbol). Then, while still holding down these keys, press the 3 key. This will save the screenshot as a file on your desktop. If you hit the 4 key instead, it will give you a target allowing you to drag a box around only the item that you want to take a screenshot of.
2. Attach that file on this post.

@KDG150, to go along w/ MariaPandora's advice:

  If you're using a "Windows machine," & don't want to use the software that Micropoosoft wants to shove down our throats, pressing ctrl+alt+prtscrn(printscreen button) will also 'screenshot' the active window(instead of the entire screen's contents), which can then be pasted into any image editor compatible with Windows' clipboard's copy/paste feature for further edits, or directly into these reply windows(see many of my posts reporting incorrect lyrics or explicit content that's incorrectly played when it should be filtered).  Hope this helps! 😁
