Thanks for explaining. Can you please check how many GB of storage do you have available under iPhone Storage? Has your phone battery recently died resulting in the device shutting down or has your phone been shut down for any reason? Also, just to clarify, I understand that you can see the content when going offline but after a few days it disappears, correct? Or does it immediately disappears when going offline? Let us know!

Hi @Armadillo , welcome to the community! Thanks for posting. Can you please scroll the page up and then send me a screenshot of what you see? Also it looks like you are currently listening to your collection on Shuffle, not on a specific station. If you want to stop Shuffle you just need to select a station to play. To do this, go to My Collection, sort your collection by Stations and select the one that you prefer. Let me know if you have trouble with this.
