Are you trying to listen to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?  Are you having trouble starting to play the music? Does it start but then stop? Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off? Are you using a Bluetooth connection? Hi @lyninmotion , thanks for posting! Could you share a few more details about when this is happening? When does the issue occur? Is it when you close and reopen the app? (If so, do you pause the track before closing, or just close it directly?) Is it when you pause for a brief moment and try to resume? Is it when you disconnect from a device like headphones, speakers, or a car stereo? What happens with the tracks? Does a specific subset of songs keep repeating? If you manually tap a specific song in the playlist, does it play normally and continue from there? Is this happening with one specific playlist, or across all of your playlists?  vincent  northeast Pennsylvania  im a very serious and scrupulous metalhead but proper metal like Allegaeon, Unearth and iron maiden. ive been a metal fan since 1984 when  hair metal was popular these days i require more substance from my music... my sonic tastes are not just limited to heavy metal im also very much into classical Listz is one of my favorite classical musicians 90's boom bab hip hop like KRS1! Southern Rock lynyrd skynyrd and the Allman brothers are amazing bands delta style blues are an absolute must for me artists like tab Benoit Albert King and Matt guitar Murphy the dirtier the better! Classic rock like the Doors and CCR And I absolutely love Spanish style acoustic guitar or nylon classical guitar music like Lucas Imbiriba and Thomas Zwijson both of these musicians are  masters of their discipline but they are also amazing to watch because they do things with guitars that are near impossible... music like pop is so predictable and boring and im completely removed from it and bands like metallica or godsmack or disturbed should not be considered metal theyre hard rock at best... metallica haven't written a metal album since 1988 not to mention that they plagiarized a large percentage of their discography they suck and should not be considered metal   Currently im listening to my blues Playlist called blues and rock so Dirty its almost black and Tito and tarantula are playing  My favorite feature is all that music at my beckoning call 🤘 ... Also please let me know the following: Are you using bluetooth earbuds, bone-conduction headphones, wired headphones, or a portable speaker? Does it also stop when listening straight out of the phone speakers or when connected to your car? Are you using mobile data, Wi-Fi or listening to your offline content? Is your music just paused or has the app completely crashed/closed Are you also disconnected when you open a new app? I don't know it all but i have seen the switch for turning auto play on or off. It's where I forget, I think it is at the end of the page showing I the song you are listening to. Just scroll up till you see it, or it's shown under profile advanced, I am sorry but I had a traumatic brain injury and I have short term memory loss and I have forget half of what I have been through. I know it's there where you can turn off auto play, don't give up on so long a time listening to great music. You can always just hit the skip button. ... View more

I am having the same issue. I listen to music to combat severe anxiety and to help me sleep. I started noticing when I would wake up in the middle of the night or morning that my music wasn’t playing, then it started pausing. I’d tell Alexa to resume and almost immediately it would pause again. I have two Echos in my bedroom for bilateral stimulation and binaural music. Starting to wish I hadn’t spent the money on a premium membership or the two echos. Thinking Bluetooth speakers and music on my phone would have been a safer bet.  ... View more

A way to simulate this is dev/test is to create a local hosts file entry for the domain browser-intake-datadoghq.com and set it to something like 127.0.0.1 or a bogus private address. My blocking is done at a network level, no software on the machines required.  Sites known for collecting private or configuration information have their DNS overridden.  That's what's happening in this case, but normally RUM/telemetry isn't a dependency (intentional or unintentional) in authentication flow or normal operation so I never usually have an issue.   Thanks, tpro   ... I'm sorry for the trouble you have been experiencing with the desktop app.  Regarding the missing close and minimiza buttons issue, we received confirmation that a fix has been released for the issue causing the window controls (minimize, maximize, and close) to be missing from the Pandora desktop app on Windows. For more details, check the accepted soultion from the post Windows Desktop App: Close & Minimze controls missing. Now, regarding the stop issue, can you tell me more about what's happening? Do you experience this when listening through your computer's speakers or are you using a headset/headphones/external speakers? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say? Have you noticed any other patterns? And about your computer: Are you listening on a Mac or Windows computer?  Do you have this issue on any other device or on the web browser? If you also have issues on other devices on a device, what is the make and model?
