@Gansam91 I moved your post over to this existing thread: iOS: Offline Downloads Disappeared after 2207.2 As long as you aren't signing out of the app, and then signing back in, your downloads should remain in your collection. Is it possible that this might be occurring because there is not enough storage on your device? Pandora will never use the last 500MB of storage, so we will only download as many stations as we can before we hit that limit. If it doesn't appear to be storage related, I'd recommend signing out of the app and signing back in, which will reset the download process. Then, make sure to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes. If you continue to have trouble, check the download icon for the content you are attempting to download. The two rotating arrows indicate that the content is still in the download process and the highlighted downward pointing arrow means the content has successfully downloaded. If the icon is not highlighted, try downloading the content again and keep the app in the foreground while the offline music downloads. Keep in mind that stations and large playlists take a longer time to download. Lastly, if you are having trouble downloading stations, try downloading a single track for offline listening to see if that works. I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. ... View more

Sometimes, it may help to sign out of Pandora, and then sign back in using the email address associated with your upgraded account. @DM1214 I moved your post over to this thread: How to listen on multiple devices when upgraded Pandora accounts follow the email address - not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. To access your husband's upgraded account on your devices, you'd just need to sign in using the email address associated with his account. This being said, you won't be able to listen to that same Pandora account on multiple devices at the same time. So if there are times where both you and your husband plan on streaming Pandora separately on each of your devices simultaneously, then you may want to look into upgrading to our Premium Family plan instead. With this plan, you can create a separate account for your husband using his own email address. You can then add his account to your Premium Family plan so that you can both enjoy the benefits of the Premium subscription on each of your devices. @silcanannie Our support team has taken a look at your account and has confirmed that you enabled a complimentary session of Pandora Premium, which allows you to interact with an ad in order to listen to content on-demand. Because these sessions are funded by advertisements, your account reverted back to Pandora Plus automatically at the end of the session - you weren't charged any Pandora Premium fees.
