@Ciampavittoria Nice to see you around the Community. 👋🏽 Thumbs are station specific: One thing to note, is that Thumbs are station specific. Giving a Thumb rating on one station will not affect any of your other stations - so please feel free to Thumb Up and Thumb Down accordingly. If you give a track a thumbs up on one station, it will not show as though it has been thumbed up if it plays on any of your other stations. Alternate versions of songs: Another thing to note is that it's possible we have more than one version of the same song in our catalog. So if you give a thumbs up to the studio version of a track, and then later in your listening session the live version of that track plays, it will not show as though it was thumbed up. @Hank_ This issue is usually specific to the network you're using to access Pandora, or due to an error on the device itself. First make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps: Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps. Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device. Try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device). "Hard restart" the app: Users with Aluminum or White Apple Remotes can restart the app by holding down the Menu and Down buttons simultaneously. Let go when the light on your device flashes. Users with Siri Remotes or Apple TV remotes should hold down the Display and Menu buttons simultaneously. Let go when the light on your device flashes. If you're still having trouble, make sure you have the latest update of the Pandora app by going to the App Store, searching Pandora and selecting Update if you see it. If Pandora still doesn't work, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app as follows: Go to your home screen and click and hold the Pandora icon until it starts wiggling, then click Play/Pause to delete the app. Next, open the App Store, search for Pandora, and click the Get arrow.
