To upgrade to Premium Family, you'll need to log into your Pandora account and visit the subscription details page. If you're using a computer: You'll need to make sure you're logged into your Pandora account and go to your subscription details page. Next, click on Switch Plans. If you're using a mobile device: Go to the Pandora website. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left. Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted.) Here I am again with Pandora issues. Pandora will play more than 1 song at a time, but will stop playing after a few songs. This happens mostly when playing stations, but I amn having issues playing playlists too. I have gone back and forth with Pandora via email but they have stopped responding, saying there is an issue that needs to be fixed. That was weeks ago

Hi @Sparky5 Sorry to hear you're not able to log in. I've removed your Denon and Marantz connection from your Pandora account on my end. I'm hoping this manual disconnection will help. I would recommend waiting between 4 to 6 hours from this post time before trying to log in again. If you're still having trouble, I would recommend power cycling each device again, by unplugging it for a minimum of 5 minutes. In the end, you may need to try another factory reset but I'm hoping not. Let me know how it goes.

We offer trials of Pandora Plus, Pandora Premium and Pandora Premium Family, but they are purely optional. You can always reject these trial offers, or if you do decide to check out a trial but don't want to be automatically billed, simply turn off auto-renewal so you aren't charged at its conclusion. (If you need help doing that, let me know.) We're happy to have listeners whether they are paid or free, but I hope this helps to clarify.

The stats in your community profile should be updated on a weekly basis. Please note, to view your stats, your Pandora profile must be set to public. Adjusting your profile settings from a computer: Launch the Pandora Desktop app or the website Click on your avatar in the upper right corner > visit Settings Under Settings > Tap Account From here, scroll down to Profile Privacy Select Public, which will allow other listeners to view your profile Adjusting your profile settings from a mobile device: Launch the Pandora app on your mobile device In the bottom navigation, click on the Profile icon Once you've reached your profile in the Pandora app, click on the gear icon ⚙️ in the upper right corner to access your settings Click on Privacy > Listening Activity > Pandora Profile and set to Public sharing by using the toggle If you notice any issues, please don’t hesitate to let us know. I haven’t received an email as of yet. I’ve tried everything to access my account. Changed my password 3 times. I don’t understand why I can’t access my account? About a week ago or so I saw my gift subscription was going to expire. So I chose the one year subscription and gave all my card information to resubscribe again. I don’t know what’s went wrong. If I could just access my account I’m sure I could solve this on my own

Probably nothing to do with Pandora and everything indicating Sonos pushing its own subscription subtly for Sonos radio. We have made a substantial investment in a quality product . The only downside of quality products for the manufacturer is low residual from turnover/maintenance. Hence the push for a steady cash flow from subscriptions, SONOS RADIO. I hope they don't stick their finger in our Keister!

@kowtko21 I'm truly sorry for your loss. Hanging on to those memories, those moments that grab our attention and puts a smile on our face because it reminds us of something they did, or would say.
