Hi @VeraJScarlotti and @kkensimmons thanks for letting us know about what is going on. I'm working with our engineers to help diagnosis this. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to reproduce this on our end.  I have a few questions I was hoping you can help me out with. Can you reproduce this on your end and tell us the exact time and date it happens? Can you include the exact steps you are taking when listening to Pandora.  Example: Start Pandora, then connect to AirPlay/Bluetooth while the song is already playing... Does this also happen when skipping/changing stations or just during regular playback? Additionally, if you're able to take a video recording of this happening to share with us, that would be great. Hi @maryjeppley, sorry to hear that didn't work. I visited your tuner and checked out 'Today's Hits' Radio and I don't see anything out of the ordinary on my end. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the issue through my computer.   Can you do me a favor and the next time you listen to 'Today's Hits' Radio, can you take note of the songs that this is happening on. I'm definitely trying to look at the brighter side of everything that is affecting us in this great big world @ErickPandora.  Grateful that I have the opportunity to work remotely and that I get to work with some amazing people    (@AdamPandora,  @AlyssaPandora and @ErickPandora ). Who constantly interject comedy and great conversation into my day while we're all at home.  I'm also grateful to have this time with my dog. Hi @Mikeyblancas thanks for posting. I checked your account and it looks like you're in a 30-day trial of Pandora Plus started on 3/20/20 through Google Play. You can use the steps below to upgrade your account to Premium. Please note: Google Play only offers a single 30-day free trial. As a result, upgrading now will simply convert your Pandora Plus trial to a Pandora Premium one; it won't extend your trial expiration date. To upgrade to Pandora Premium on your Android device: Open the Pandora app and sign in (if necessary). Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar and tap the Settings gear in the top right corner. Select Subscription. From here you can view your current plan, as well as your options for upgrading to Pandora Premium. ++ Pandora subscriptions purchased from Android devices are processed through Google Play, and are only available on a monthly basis. You can use the following steps to manage the subscription from your Android device: Launch the Google Play Store app. Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen (3 horizontal lines), then My account, where you can add or modify payment methods. Find Pandora under Subscriptions. You'll see your next renewal date, and can tap Cancel to disable auto-renewal. You can also manage your subscription from here. From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you):* Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. Thanks for posting to community @Alabarge25! From your mobile device, to edit the playlist content: Go to My Collection and tap the name of the playlist you'd like to edit. To remove individual songs, simply swipe the song title from right to left. To delete multiple songs or to make any other changes to your playlist, tap the Edit icon below the album art. To remove songs scroll down and press the circled (X) to the left of the songs you would like to remove or swipe the track name left. To adjust the order of your playlist, hold and drag the list icon on the right of the track title to the desired position. To rename your playlist, tap the current name. If you're in Edit mode, tap Next (iOS) or Save (Android) to close out and save your changes.  To edit the Thumbs on a playlist: If this happened during your current listening session, all you need to do is un-Thumb the track. From your Now Playing screen tap the highlighted Thumb icon you'd like to remove. If this happened in a previous session, you'll need to visit the playlist's "backstage page" to make that change. Here's how to edit Thumbs from the backstage page: From My Collection, filter your collection by Playlists. Tap on the name of the playlist you'd like to edit, this will take you directly to the station's backstage page.
