To invite someone to your family plan:
Make sure you're logged in with your master account (the one you used to upgrade to Premium Family);
Visit the Subscription section of the account.
Select Manage Family to view the main family plan management page;
Send a family plan invite to an email address your family member can access, even if it's different from the email address on their Pandora account. (They'll be able to enter the login information for their Pandora account later, even if its under a different email.)
Have them open the invite email, and follow the prompts to add their Pandora account to your family plan or create a new Pandora account if they don't have one.
Keep in mind, upgrading to the Family Plan means that you and up to five other accounts can enjoy all of the benefits of Pandora Premium, while keeping your individual Pandora accounts.

It sounds like you may need to check the bookmark that you use to access Pandora on your desktop.
It should only be: https://www.pandora.com
If there is anything added onto to it (e.g., https://www.pandora.com/#/genres/top), then erase that. That is most likely the problem. Let me know if this helps.

Since you've already cancelled your subscription through Google Play, you'll need to wait for your subscription to expire. Once you start seeing ads again on your stations, you will then be able to upgrade your account from Pandora directly from the web using your credit card or PayPal account. After you start seeing ads, you can then upgrade your account through Pandora directly here. Select your subscription, and input your payment method: Credit Card or PayPal. Let's try start with some standard troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve this. First, if you haven't already, make sure your internet connection is working properly:
Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option), and see if it works better.
Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device.
If that doesn't help, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the Pandora app. Note: you'll need to be signed into your Xbox Live account.
Go to My games & apps from the home screen and highlight Pandora from the list of apps.
Press the menu button on your controller.
Select Uninstall.
Choose Uninstall all to confirm that you want to uninstall the app.
Then, reinstall the app:
From Xbox's Home, go to Store and either select Browse apps > Popular music apps or search for Pandora to download the app.
When the download is complete, you can find Pandora again in the My games & apps section.

Have you tried clearing the app data on your mobile? If not, let's give that a try.
From your Android Settings, please clear the Pandora app data using the following steps (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you):*
Open your device Settings
Tap Apps
Scroll down to find Pandora
Select Storage
On the storage details page tap Clear Data.
Keep in mind that the steps for each Android device is slightly different. If you have a Pixel, you can find helpful steps here. Please note that you will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps.

In the meantime, while transferring your account is currently not possible, I can give steps on how to update your account information.
To update any of your account information, including the email, password or zip code associated with your Pandora account, follow the instructions below:
Sign into your account, then click the icon (initial or picture) in the upper right corner.
Click on Settings > Account.
Tap Save to update your information when you are finished making changes.
*If you are updating your password, please enter your previous password to confirm the changes. Then the new one will take effect.

Sounds like you have more than Pandora account, and your subscription was transferred to a second Pandora account.

Unfortunatey, Pandora no longer supports Toyota Entune. Although, you can still listen in your Toyota by connecting via Aux cord or standard Bluetooth connection*. This will allow you to bypass the Entune system and control Pandora from your phone.

What is the Pandora app version you're on (let me know if you need help finding that)?
How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
