Hi @Digress Thanks for following up, and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I appreciate you providing these additional details. The information about playback working normally through your Hopper 3 but not through the Joey 3 is especially helpful. Based on what you've described, Pandora begins playing the first track on the Joey with audio, but the playback timer doesn't update correctly. Once Pandora advances to the second track, the track information changes but the audio stops, and the playback timer then appears to stop updating as additional tracks advance. Since you've already restarted your Hopper, Joey, modem, and router, and Pandora continues to work normally when played directly through the Hopper, I don't have any additional troubleshooting I'd recommend at this time. I've passed along the details of your experience, including that you're using a Hopper 3 and Joey 3, to our engineering teams for further review. You introduced me to a new device today, I hadn't heard of Amazfit before, and after taking a look, it seems like a really cool wearable platform. I can definitely see the convenience and usefulness of having Pandora directly available through the watch. I checked out your Pandora account, and it looks like you recently connected to a hotel TV. Can you confirm if you're having trouble with the hotel TV or with a TV at home? If this is happening on the hotel TV, our troubleshooting options may be a little limited. Hotel TVs can sometimes use customized software or configurations that differ from a standard consumer TV. That said, depending on the make and model of the TV, I'm happy to provide some troubleshooting steps that may help. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

Hi @mrobinson Thanks for posting, and sorry for any confusion around this change. Pandora Voice is no longer available as a feature within the Pandora app, which is why you're no longer seeing the microphone option for Pandora's Hands-Free voice commands. For voice commands on your iPhone, you can use Siri to request music on Pandora. For example, you can ask Siri to play a specific song, artist, or station. Keep in mind that the types of content and requests available through voice commands may vary depending on your Pandora subscription level. I understand that using Pandora Voice directly within the app was part of your regular listening experience. I've noted your feedback about the removal of this feature and your preference for using Pandora's built-in voice commands. Thanks for being part of community and for listening to Pandora!

Hi @Hem15ih Sorry to hear you're still having trouble downloading the station. Since you've already confirmed that you have enough available storage and have tried signing out as well as reinstalling Pandora, we'd like to get a better idea of what's happening. Could you please let us know: Which station are you trying to download? Does this happen with only this station, or are you unable to download other stations as well? When you try to download it, do the download arrows remain indefinitely without showing any progress? Could you share a screenshot of what you see when the download gets stuck? In the meantime, please try connecting your iPhone to a power source and leaving Pandora open in the foreground for a while with the download pending. iOS manages background activity to help conserve battery and system resources, so downloads may not always continue as expected when Pandora is moved to the background or the screen is locked. Keeping Pandora open and your phone connected to power can help give the download an opportunity to complete.

Hi @tmurf Thanks for following up! It sounds like there may be two different things happening here. I'd like to first focus on getting Pandora connected in your car, and then we can circle back to the music you're seeing at the bottom of the screen. When you're in your car, how do you normally connect your phone, for example, with a USB cable or Bluetooth? When you say you can no longer connect your phone to your car, could you also tell me a little more about what happens when you try? For example: Does your phone connect to the car, but Pandora doesn't appear? Does Pandora appear, but you're unable to start or control playback? Does the car no longer recognize your phone at all? If you're connecting with a USB cable, I'd recommend trying a different cable to see if you have the same experience. Starting with this basic troubleshooting step will help us narrow down the possible cause and determine what to try next. Also, when you're connected in your car, could you show me what you see on your car's infotainment screen? You can include pictures here in this thread. This is best done on a web browser or mobile browser. You won't be able to include pictures through email. Thanks!

Hi @dbuelke! Thanks for the follow up! Installing CarPlay, I believe, depends on your vehicle manufacturer and your vehicle. I would reach out to GMC for further details. In the meantime, feel free to take a picture of your infotainment screen when you're connected, and I can confirm how you're connecting. You can include pictures directly here in this thread. This is best done on a web browser or mobile browser, you won't be able to include pictures through email. Thanks! Hi @dosgood Welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Pandora on your Pixel Watch, and that your previous support chat was disconnected before you were able to get this resolved. Since you've already restarted your watch and uninstalled and reinstalled Pandora, you've covered the main app troubleshooting I'd normally recommend. Let's check a couple of settings that may be contributing to the persistent "Buffering" message. 1. Check Battery Saver and background activity Battery-saving features can limit what apps are able to do in the background, so let's make sure Pandora isn't being restricted while trying to connect and stream. On your Pixel Watch: Swipe down from the main watch screen and make sure Battery Saver is turned off. Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > App info > Pandora. If you see an option for App battery usage or background activity, make sure Pandora isn't restricted from running in the background. 2. Test your watch's network connection Let's test WiFi and Cellular connection separately. Go to Settings > Connectivity > Wi-Fi and confirm your watch shows that it's connected. Try playing Pandora while connected to Wi-Fi. Then, temporarily turn off Wi-Fi and try Pandora again using cellular only. If Pandora continues to show "Buffering", on either connection, let me know which and the following: Wear OS version Pandora version Whether Pandora plays normally on your phone Thanks for giving these steps a try!

Since the first track plays normally but audio stops beginning with the second track, I'd like to gather a few more details about your setup so we can better understand what's happening. Could you let me know: The model of your DISH Hopper The model of your Joey Whether this happens on every Joey in your home, if you have more than one When the second track begins, does Pandora appear to continue playing normally on screen, just without audio? If you skip to another track, does the audio return, or does it remain silent? Thanks for your help with these details.

This is a tough one! As someone who grew up through the ’90s, it's hard to nail down just one genre for myself. So I'm going to have to pick two genres. 😄 For R&B, I’d go with “The Boy Is Mine” by Brandy & Monica. For Pop, I’m picking “Fantasy” by Mariah Carey. Both feel like perfect introductions to the music I grew up loving! 🎶
