I'd like to gather a few more details so we can better understand what's happening. When you ask your Nest speaker to play your Thumbprint Radio, what happens? Does it not respond or play anything at all? Does Google confirm your request, but then nothing starts playing? Does Google confirm the request, but play something different instead? Also, could you let me know the exact voice command you're using? For example, are you saying something like, "Hey Google, play my Thumbprint Radio on Pandora"? One other question: are you using Google Assistant or Google Gemini on your Nest speakers? At this time, Pandora doesn't support voice requests through Google Gemini, so if you're using Gemini, please try switching to Google Assistant and let us know if the same thing happens. Finally, it would be helpful to verify exactly what Google heard. You can review your voice command history by checking My Google Activity: Open the Google Home app. Tap your profile picture (or initial) in the top-right corner. Select Assistant settings. It sounds like you've already done quite a bit of troubleshooting, so I'd like to gather some additional information and pass this along to our engineering team for further investigation. When you have a chance, could you let me know the following? Pandora app version: HomePod software version: iPhone iOS version: If you're not sure where to find any of that information, just let me know and I'd be happy to help. In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account to help with my review. I'm also going to remove the existing iPhone and HomePod device connections associated with your Pandora account. This will sign you out of Pandora on those devices, so you'll need to reconnect them. After that, please: Uninstall and reinstall the Pandora app on your iPhone. Sign back in to Pandora. Reconnect to your HomePod. Try listening again. If you receive the "Unable to connect to HomePod" message again, please let me know the approximate date, time, and time zone when it happens. Hi @stewartbruce66  Welcome to the Pandora Community! For a 2015 Mercedes-Benz S550, the simplest way to listen to Pandora is by connecting your phone to your vehicle using Bluetooth. Once your phone is paired with the car, select Bluetooth Audio (or a similar media source) in your Mercedes infotainment system, then open the Pandora app on your phone and start playing your music. If your S550 is equipped with the Mercedes Media Interface, you may also be able to connect your phone with a USB cable, depending on your phone and your vehicle's equipment. App updates are managed through the Amazon Appstore, so if your device is set to update apps automatically, you should already have the most recent version available for your device. Since you're currently using a Pandora Free account, you won't have the option to create playlists at this time. You can still create and personalize stations by searching for your favorite artists, songs, or genres, then giving songs a 👍 or 👎 to help tailor your listening experience. Hi @Phrocks  Thanks for posting. Sorry for any trouble listening to Pandora. Based on what you described, it sounds like the timeout message is appearing after only a few minutes of listening.  I do see a new LG login to your account from 6/28/26. Has that helped resolve the issue, or are you still seeing the timeout message after just a few minutes? If you're still having trouble, let's first try power cycling your LG TV: Unplug the TV from power for at least 5 minutes. Plug it back in and launch Pandora again. Listen as you normally would. If the timeout message appears again after only a few minutes, let me know the approximate date and time it happens. I'll take a closer look on my end to see what might be causing it. Thanks! ... On the Pandora mobile app (iPhone or Android): Search for the artist or album you'd like to save. Tap the album to open its page. Tap Collect (or the + icon, depending on your app version). The album will be added to My Collection. On the Pandora website: Sign in at pandora.com. Search for the album you'd like to save. Open the album's page. Click Collect (or + Add to Collection). Hi @lindatexas  👋 You can remove stations from either the Pandora app on your mobile device or from the Pandora website. To delete a station on your Apple device: Go to My Collection and locate the station you'd like to remove. Swipe left on the station. Tap Delete. To delete a station from the Pandora website: Log in and click My Collection at the top of the page. (If needed, sort your collection by Stations to make it easier to find.) Hover over the station's album art and click the ellipsis (three dots). Select Remove from your collection. Just to make sure I understand, are you receiving the activation code on your Grace Digital radio, entering it at pandora.com/activate, seeing the confirmation that activation was successful, and then the radio immediately displays "Access Denied"? If so, could you let me know: The model number and year of your Grace Digital device. Whether this is the first time you've tried to activate it, or if it was previously working. If the "Access Denied" message appears immediately after activation, or after selecting a station.
