Hey @milkman76  Sorry for the delay, I've been out of office and I didn't want another moderator chiming in just in case it things got confusing. So you mentioned you performed a full factory reset on your HEOS/Marantz it should have required anyone connecting to the device with the app to log in again. From my end this would appear as new more recent connection - which I'm not currently seeing. So there seems to be a disconnect some where,  so really strange on that regard.  My proposed troubleshooting steps would be for your phone(s) and the Pandora and the Heos apps. Specifically, clearing the cache/app data for Pandora which would log you out, uninstall/reinstall the HEOS app, another fresh install. Both of these would create new creations and remove any cached info on the phone side. There is no guarantee that this would help or resolve the issues you've mentioned, but it does help to go down the list and check off whats been tried. Since you've been having ongoing trouble I've already reported your experience with our engineering team for further review and investigation. Hi @milkman76  Hope you had a nice weekend! I don’t blame you for your thoughts on devices and apps, sit can definitely spiral quickly. I’ve found that doing a bit of a device detox can be really helpful, and I try to be mindful about putting devices away when I can. As far as creating a new connection with Pandora, that’s typically a great place to start with any third-party integration. It helps clear out any old cached data and establishes a fresh connection. Sometimes—though not always—that can resolve behaviors like the one you described. I also took a look at the three Pandora accounts associated with your family plan. Only one currently shows a connection to the HEOS app (along with an Android device), while the other two are only connected to Android devices. Hi @milkman76  I was able to locate the specific Pandora account associated with your Family subscription, and everything on the account subscription itself looks correct from our side. I did notice that the last connection between Pandora and both the Samsung device and the Denon HEOS system appears to be from 2022. Because of that, it’s possible those devices are holding onto an older or inactive session. To help rule that out, I’m going to remove the Pandora connection from the Denon HEOS system, once logged out, please sign back in with a fresh login. I also recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Pandora app on the Samsung device. Please note that this will remove any offline content, so anything saved for offline listening will need to be downloaded again. I created a new thread for your experience since offline listening isn't currently supported on AAOS. So this appears to be a different issue. Based on what you described, this does appear to be related to the temporary loss of network connectivity. Because this behavior may be tied to how the app is responding within the AAOS environment, standard troubleshooting steps likely won’t fully resolve the issue. I’ve gone ahead and created a ticket with our engineering team and escalated your report so they can take a closer look and investigate further. When you have a moment could you please share a picture of the what you're seeing when this happens, and of the error message. You can include pictures directly here, you'll need to add them through a web browser on your computer or mobile. You won't be able to add pictures through email. Hi @patagoniadave  Thanks for sharing this, sorry for any frustration, it makes sense that this would stand out, especially when you’re expecting a certain vibe from a station you’ve been listening to for a while. I took a closer look at your listening history from 3/20/2026 to 4/2/2026. During that time, Five Finger Death Punch played 8 times in total across your account, showing up on a couple of different stations: Everlast Radio (6 plays) Black Betty Radio (2 plays) I also took a closer look at your Fleetwood Mac Radio playback and saw that around 62 songs played during that time. From what I can see, Five Finger Death Punch didn’t come up during that portion of your listening. It looks like after your Fleetwood Mac session ended, playback continued into other stations, starting with Audioslave Radio, and then Everlast Radio, where the 6 recent Five Finger Death Punch tracks played. That’s likely where the shift in sound came in. If you notice any other songs that feel out of place, feel free to share the track name, artist, and station, I’m always happy to take a closer look and dig in. As a quick tip, using 👍 and 👎 on your stations is the best way to fine-tune what you hear. Pandora is designed to learn from your feedback, so those thumbs play a big role in shaping each station over time. Every thumbs up or down helps guide what plays next, what to play more of, and what to avoid, so the more you use them, the more personalized your stations become. Thumbs are also specific to each station, so your feedback stays tailored to the vibe you want for that particular listening experience. Pandora takes care of your offline listening by automatically downloading your most-listened stations. This includes: Your top three most-listened stations Your Thumbprint Radio Downloads and updates to your offline stations can happen while you’re actively listening. Though the iOS may prioritize battery optimization or system needs during this time. While you won’t be able to choose a specific station to download, your most-listened to stations should be available when you’re offline. If you’re curious which stations those might be, you can either manually switch to Offline Mode in the app, or check on the web: From your favorite browser, visit Pandora Head to My Collection Select Stations Sort by Most Listened Having trouble with offline content? If you're having trouble with your offline content on your iPhone, a quick reset can help. Start by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, this will clear out any existing downloads you may have and give you a fresh start. After that, I recommend: Plugging your phone into a power source Keeping Pandora open and in the foreground (you can still listen while it downloads) You'll want to be sure to prevent the app from being backgrounded, this helps prevent iOS from prioritizing other tasks and slowing down the download process. I appreciate your patience.  Voice commands can definitely be tricky, especially if Google has adjusted how requests are interpreted over time. Just to clarify from the Pandora side, with a Plus subscription your listening experience is centered around radio stations, not playlists. It does sound like you were able to access your stations while using the term “playlist” in your voice commands for a while, but that behavior wouldn’t technically align with the expected Plus experience, so it may have been working incidentally rather than as a consistently supported feature. You may have better luck adding phrasing like “radio” or “station” to both your station name and your voice commands (for example, “Play Sandy 273 Radio”) to help get more consistent results. One thing I’m curious about, do you know if your Google devices are running on the newer Gemini experience, or still using the classic Google Assistant? That change could potentially impact how commands are interpreted. In the meantime, I’ve passed along your experience with voice commands and automations to our engineering team for further review, as this type of behavior typically isn’t something standard troubleshooting would help to resolve. For example, does the music stop after a song ends, during playback, or does it not resume after an ad? In the meantime, I’ve gone ahead and removed your Onkyo device from your Pandora account. This can sometimes help refresh the connection, but it may take a few hours to fully take effect, so thanks for your patience. When you have a moment, I’d also recommend power cycling your Onkyo by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes, then plugging it back in and trying again. Hope that helps! ... View more

Please note that your subscription is tied to your Pandora account, not a specific device. As long as you’re logged into that account on a compatible device, you should have access to your Premium benefits. There are a few different ways to listen in the car. Most commonly, this involves using a mobile device with a cellular connection (such as through Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, or Bluetooth). Some vehicles may also have a built-in Pandora app, but availability and features can vary depending on the make and model of the vehicle. I can confirm that your account is currently upgraded to an individual Pandora Premium subscription. With this type of plan, playback is intended for one device at a time, so it won’t work simultaneously across multiple devices. If you’re sharing the account but not listening at the same time, I’d recommend double-checking that your wife’s mobile device is logged into the same Pandora account (using the same email address and password associated with the subscription). That will ensure she’s able to access the Premium benefits while listening.  If you’re planning to listen at the same time, you may want to consider our Premium Family Plan, which allows up to 6 people to have their own accounts under one subscription, all with Premium access. Hi @jharan  I wanted to check back in and see if you’ve run into that timeout loop on your LG TV again recently when an ad plays. Our engineering team has been trying to reproduce this on our end but haven’t had any luck so far. Since you mentioned it was happening intermittently, there’s a chance it could be tied to a specific ad or ad break. If you do happen to see it again, it would be really helpful if you could share the date and time (as close as possible), and any details you notice about what was playing just before or during the ad.
