I'd be happy to help explain how thumb ratings work with Thumbprint Radio.  Thumbing a track up or down on Thumbprint Radio won't affect its thumb rating elsewhere. Just like your other stations, if you thumb it up, you'll hear more tracks like that, and if you thumb it down, it won't play again on Thumbprint Radio, but will remain thumbed up on the original station. So be sure to thumb freely on Thumbprint Radio; this will help us learn which thumbs you want to hear more of, and which you aren't interested in anymore. Hope this helps!  ... View more

@isupreme Use Thumbs to craft the sound you are trying to achieve and vary the playlists from station to station. For example, you might want to give a song you like a Thumb Down if you think it will bring in a certain type of music you'd prefer to not have on that station. Don't be afraid to rate songs – you can always edit your stations later if you don't like the direction your station is going or if you'd like to mix things up. Giving a song a Thumbs Up tells Pandora to bring in similar artists and songs to your station. Giving a song a Thumbs Down tells us not to play this track on this particular station.  Keep in mind, Thumbs are station specific: rating a song with a Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down on one station will not affect any of your other stations. @Elichusmi  It isn't currently possible to remove or block individual followers, but you can prevent any account activity visibility by changing your account settings to a private profile: Open the Pandora app. Tap on Profile and then the Settings gear in the upper right corner.  Next select Privacy and under Listening Activity, select Pandora Profile to toggle Public sharing off. @lburgwardt Nice to see you around the community. To sign into a different account, you will first need to sign out of the account that you are currently logged in with on your device. You can then sign back in using the email address the other account is registered under.   To sign out of Pandora on a mobile device: Go to Profile and tap the Settings gear in the top right corner. Next, select Sign out.   To sign out of Pandora on a computer: Click the icon (initial or picture) in the upper right corner and select Sign Out.    Hope this helps!  ... View more

@cblackmar Our support team has taken a look at your account and found that you have added an errant seed, G-Eazy, to that station. That's why you're hearing tracks that don't fit. You can delete the bad seed by editing your station.   To do that from a computer: From My Collection, visit your station list. Click on the name of the station you'd like to edit. This will take you directly to the station's "backstage page."  If you're a Pandora Premium subscriber, hover the mouse over the station seed or Thumb you'd like to remove, then click on the ellipses and select Delete.     If you're a free listener or Pandora Plus subscriber, hover the mouse over the station seed or Thumb you'd like to remove and select Delete.   To do that from a mobile device: From My Collection, visit your station list. Tap on the name of the station you'd like to edit. If you're a Pandora Premium subscriber, this will take you directly to the station's "backstage page."  If you're a free listener or Pandora Plus subscriber, this will start your station, so tap the the Thumb icon in the upper right corner of your screen to continue to the station's backstage page. From the station's backstage page, tap on the Edit icon (the small pencil to the left of the play icon) to edit your station, and scroll down to Station Created From.
