Hi @nmrrob! Thanks posting. We actually don't support web browsing on TVs which may be the reason you're having trouble logging in. You can use the following steps to activate the Pandora app on your Hisense TV: Launch the Pandora application. Select New User. An activation page will appear with a code - leave this code up on the device screen as you continue. From the web, visit www.pandora.com/hisense and enter the activation code there. Or, from a mobile device, open the Pandora app and go to Settings, then tap Device Activation and enter the code. Finally, select Continue on the Hisense TV. ... View more

In the meantime, I recommend logging into your Amazon account to view what Alexa thinks you said, in order to report feedback to Amazon directly. This is referred to as your "Utterance History report." To view your utterance history report, click this link from a computer and log into your Alexa account. Or from a mobile device launch the Alexa app, tap the Menu icon, select Activity and then More under Pandora activity. From here you'll be able to view what Alexa thought she heard, as well as listen to a recording of what you said. If she didn't do what you wanted, be sure to let Amazon know by selecting No. Can you also provide me with some additional info? What kind of Alexa device are you using? Since the Pandora app within your car is dependent on the Pandora app on your phone we often start troubleshooting steps for your phone to see if it helps to resolve the issue. Can you send over a bit more info about your phone? Make and model of your phone: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version: Open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. I checked the Pandora account associated with your community profile and I don't see a Google Pixel connected. The last device connection is from an Apple TV from earlier this year. Could you confirm the account you are logged in with? You can find the active account by: Opening the Pandora app and selecting the Profile tab. Tapping the Settings gear in the upper right corner. Checking the email address next to the Account field. If you've confirmed that you're connected to the correct account, let's try some troubleshooting. From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you):* Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. Keep in mind that the steps for each Android device is slightly different. For Pixel, you can check out Google's help page for steps on how to clear space on your device. Please note that you will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps. *Note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. HI @rodsman! Yes, that sounds right to me! The perils of having a Premium subscription. 🤣😄 Alexa can be tricky and I find it best to use the exact name of a station or playlist when using voice commands. Sometimes Alexa can get confused with what it will playback. For example, Request a station: "Alexa, play [artist] radio on Pandora.". The 'radio' part can be helpful. Pro-tip, if you have a playlist and station with a similar name and you find that Alexa gets confused. I would rename the playlist to be something different.   ... View more

In the station title there is a sun and palm tree emoji and it sounds like Google Assistant is reading out the emoji icons.                   You can edit the station to remove the emojis, if you like.
