Can you tell me which browser you're using? Additionally, does music not play, or does the music play but the timer bar not progress? @Sfrives Thanks for confirming which songs you are having trouble with. I didn't want to make any changes to your account without knowing this information first. I think I found the issue. The track 'The Ones That Like Me' by Brantley Gilbert was thumbed up on your 'Luke Comb Radio'. This station is currently active and in your collection. I've gone ahead and removed this thumb from that station. The song 'Here I Go Again (1987 Version; 2017 Remaster) Radio' by Whitesnake was thumbed up on a station that had been deleted. There may have been a caching issue with that track on your account, but I was able to manually remove this. Let me know if these change have helped.   ... View more

Hi @lynia143 - I was looking over this thread and just wanted to confirm your experience. I don't personally have an Android, so I'm not able to test this myself. However, I wanted to grab some additional details and make sure I'm understanding what is happening so that I can pass this along to our engineering team who can take a closer look. I managed to get a screen grab from a colleague who has a Pixel - I know, it's not a Samsung 😣 - but hoping this example will helpful. Can you confirm if this is what you mean - in the screenshot, the Pandora widget is available with the app backgrounded.                           If that's correct: Can you confirm that the battery optimization settings are set to unrestricted? Sometimes these settings can revert back to a default state after an update.   If that's incorrect: Can you please take a screenshot, even if the icon is missing, of where it's suppose to be. Hi @Sfrives! I was just reviewing your posts and happy to investigate further, but I'll need some additional information. You mention removing all the thumbs from 'Here I Go Again (1987 Version; 2017 Remaster) Radio' and deleting the station, but you still see thumbed up song(s) that you've tried removing. I can confirm that you successful removed all the thumbs and deleted the station. Can you tell me the names of the songs you're still seeing? The second screenshot you provided shows your thumb count from your Profile, which is an aggregated view of all recent thumbs from all your stations including Thumbprint Radio. I'm assuming the first couple of thumbed up tracks from your screenshot are the tracks you're trying to remove: 'Here I Go Again (1987 Version; 2017 Remaster)' by Whitesnake, 'The Ones That Liked Me' by Brantley Gilbert, and 'I Can't Breathe' by Parker McCollum If you haven't already, I would specifically try signing out and then back in (uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't always ask you to sign back in) to help re-sync your device with Pandora. After installing Pandora from the Channel Store use the following steps to activate it: Choose either option of signing into an existing account or creating a new Pandora account from the Welcome page. To create a new account: Follow the on-screen prompts to enter the requested registration information and Accept the Terms to create your Pandora account. To use an existing account: An activation page will appear with a website and code - leave this code up on the device screen as you continue. Enter the Activation code that appears on the Roku screen. From a computer: Visit www.pandora.com/roku and enter the activation code that appears on your Roku screen. From a mobile device: Open the Pandora app and go to Settings, then tap Device Activation and enter the code that appears on your Roku Screen.
