Hi @Eric_L thanks for posting your feedback on tuning your station.  I'd be happy to offer some station tuning tips, but it's not currently possible to tune your station in this detail through ad-supported Pandora or Pandora Plus. Ad-supported Pandora and Pandora Plus are designed to introduce you to new music through the artists and songs that you already know. Here are a few tips for you to try: Make a fresh station. Sometimes the best thing to do is to simply start over with a fresh station based on a different starting point, such as a related artist or one of your favorite Thumbed Up songs. Note that you can always bring a station back (with all your Seeds and Thumbs intact) by re-adding it. You can also use Browse or For You to view station and playlist suggestions picked just for you.    Thumb freely. Thumb ratings tell us everything about the kinds of music you want to hear. If you have a reaction to a song, let us know! This will give us a better idea of what to play next. Keep in mind, thumbing down a track counts as a skip.   Listen using Pandora Modes. When listening from a computer, a mobile device, or the Sonos app, you can access Pandora Modes to customize your station experience. You can pick different modes like Crowd Faves, Discovery and Deep Cuts.   Review your station. When stations are playing songs wildly out of place, or songs that aren't fitting within that station's sound, you should check your station definition and edit any Thumb ratings or seeds that may be adversely affecting the playlist. Let me know if you'd like me to send over steps to help edit your stations.   Switch it up. Don't be afraid to make changes. If your station is repetitive, first try our Add Variety feature. If you get sick of a track but don't want to completely ban it, you can also put it on the shelf for a while by choosing "I'm tired of this track." In some cases, it might actually help to remove Thumbs Up ratings in the station definition to mix things up.   For a more stylistically focused playlist, try creating stations with songs instead of artists. Using song seeds can provide a more focused playlist, by diverging from the mainstream and focusing on a distinct set of musical attributes. I would also recommend checking out our Premium subscription. Hi @bt1! Welcome to Pandora Community. I moved your message over to an existing thread: Adding member to Family Plan No need to to create a new Pandora account if one already exists. You'll only need to create an account if your kids don't have their own individual accounts. If this is the case, then individual free accounts will need to be created a first.  If you've already sent the invitation and they haven't received it, make sure that: You've sent the invite to an email address your family member can access (not necessarily the email address on their Pandora account); They check their spam/trash folder, as the invite may have ended up there. Please keep an eye out on this thread for updates on this issue.  In the meantime, I've asked our user support team to enable a trace on your account. Would you mind uninstalling and reinstalling the app for me.  To do that: Please note: Pandora Premium listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app.  Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking." Hi @Mfitz thanks for posting. If your account switches into offline mode because you lost your connection, you can still visit My Collection to choose the station you'd like to play.  Also, as a Pandora Plus subscriber, you can manually turn on Offline Mode.  Tap the Profile tab and then the Settings gear in the top right corner. Toggle Offline Mode on. Once Offline Mode has been enabled, return to My Collection and you should see only the content in your collection that has been downloaded for offline listening. Hi @kisonay - User Support just let me know they responded back to your email with steps on how to activate Voice Assist. I'm going to post those instructions in community for anyone else that may have a similar problem.  Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.    To enable Voice Assist: The Pandora voice assistant feature will not be on by default. To enable this feature: If this is your first time enabling voice mode, open Pandora and tap the search icon. If this is not your first time, skip this step and proceed to step #3. You should be prompted with a message about voice mode. Tap the banner and Allow Pandora to use your microphone (iOS) or record audio (Android) while you're using voice mode. (For more information about how the recorded audio works and how we protect your privacy, read the section on Privacy and Pandora's voice mode. Return to your collection and open your Settings. Select Voice Assistant and tap Device Settings to ensure your microphone is enabled for use with Pandora. Return to your Voice Assistant settings. Enable the toggle for Listen for "Hey Pandora" so that you can interact with your music hands-free when Pandora is open and your screen is unlocked. Since our voice assistant will only respond to the verbal prompt when Pandora is in the foreground of your device, consider whether you want to select Keep Screen On in order to keep Pandora open while you're listening. To disable this feature: Open Pandora to your Settings and tap Voice Assistant. Tap Device Settings to disable Pandora's access to your microphone. If enabled, disable the toggles for Listen for "Hey Pandora" and Keep Screen On. +++ Enable the wake phrase "Hey Pandora" to give commands hands-free. To enable the wake phrase: Go to the settings in your Pandora app. Select Voice Assistant. Activate the Listen for "Hey Pandora" toggle. Keep in mind that you'll only be able to control the Pandora app with hands-free voice commands if the app is in the foreground and your screen is not locked. You might want to select Keep Screen On from your Voice Assistant settings in order to keep Pandora open while you're listening. +++ Using the wake phrase, "Hey Pandora," you can say something like: "Hey Pandora, play something different." Thanks for the info @ZyderZee! I'm creating a report to pass on to our engineers. I just had a couple of quick question. You mentioned that the app will pause when the ad appears and you receive the error message.
