Hi @Mikeyblancas thanks for posting. I checked your account and it looks like you're in a 30-day trial of Pandora Plus started on 3/20/20 through Google Play. You can use the steps below to upgrade your account to Premium. Please note: Google Play only offers a single 30-day free trial. As a result, upgrading now will simply convert your Pandora Plus trial to a Pandora Premium one; it won't extend your trial expiration date. To upgrade to Pandora Premium on your Android device: Open the Pandora app and sign in (if necessary). Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar and tap the Settings gear in the top right corner. Select Subscription. From here you can view your current plan, as well as your options for upgrading to Pandora Premium. ++ Pandora subscriptions purchased from Android devices are processed through Google Play, and are only available on a monthly basis. You can use the following steps to manage the subscription from your Android device: Launch the Google Play Store app. Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen (3 horizontal lines), then My account, where you can add or modify payment methods. Find Pandora under Subscriptions. You'll see your next renewal date, and can tap Cancel to disable auto-renewal. You can also manage your subscription from here. From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you):* Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. Thanks for posting to community @Alabarge25! From your mobile device, to edit the playlist content: Go to My Collection and tap the name of the playlist you'd like to edit. To remove individual songs, simply swipe the song title from right to left. To delete multiple songs or to make any other changes to your playlist, tap the Edit icon below the album art. To remove songs scroll down and press the circled (X) to the left of the songs you would like to remove or swipe the track name left. To adjust the order of your playlist, hold and drag the list icon on the right of the track title to the desired position. To rename your playlist, tap the current name. If you're in Edit mode, tap Next (iOS) or Save (Android) to close out and save your changes.  To edit the Thumbs on a playlist: If this happened during your current listening session, all you need to do is un-Thumb the track. From your Now Playing screen tap the highlighted Thumb icon you'd like to remove. If this happened in a previous session, you'll need to visit the playlist's "backstage page" to make that change. Here's how to edit Thumbs from the backstage page: From My Collection, filter your collection by Playlists. Tap on the name of the playlist you'd like to edit, this will take you directly to the station's backstage page. First, can you let me know the app version you're currently on? (If you need help with this, let me know). Is this happening on a stations, albums, playlists? Can you give me a specific example of a station, album or playlist this is happening on? Does your Subaru offer CarPlay? Does this also occur while on Bluetooth as well or just USB? Can you do me a favor and please send over a screenshot of what you're seeing on your phone the next time this happens? Hi @Laurabreinig sorry for the confusion. The thumbs you are seeing in your Thumbprint Radio (TPR), are the songs you've given a thumb-up to while they are playing on Thumbprint Radio station. Which I understand can be a little confusing. You have to think of your Thumbprint Radio just like any other station. You can continue to thumb up and down on the station to let us know which thumbs you want to hear more of, and which you aren't interested in any more.  Keep in mind, thumbs are station-specific (even with TPR), so a track that you've thumbed up on another station won't show as a thumbed up track on Thumbprint Radio. For example, if you've thumbed up a song on your 'Ella Mai Radio' station, the thumbed up song will be added to the mix of 1,000 plus thumbs in your TPR, but won't actually show as thumbed up on the station. Thumbing a track up or down on Thumbprint Radio won't affect its thumb rating elsewhere. Just like your other stations, if you thumb it up, you'll hear more tracks like that, and if you thumb it down, it won't play again on Thumbprint Radio, but will remain thumbed up on the original station. Thanks for posting @Rich777! That sounds annoying - just to be sure, the Pandora app is located on your TV and you aren't casting from another device to the TV - correct? If you're not casting, I have some troubleshooting steps we can start off with. First (always recommended) make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps: Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps. Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device. Finally, try removing and re-adding the Pandora app (if this is possible on your device). Let me know how it goes.  ... View more

Hi @dfwlloyd  When you downgrade from Pandora Premium to Pandora Plus or ad-supported Pandora, you will not be able to access your on-demand music collection (songs, albums) or custom playlists. However, your collection and playback history will be stored in our servers for when you return to Pandora Premium. In the meantime, you will have access to all the stations you've created and any podcasts you've added to your account including all Thumb feedback and added variety. ++ Additionally, I took a quick look at your account and see that you've started our six-month trial of Premium at the cost of your Plus subscription on 3/12/2020. When this promotion expires you will automatically be transitioned to a full-priced Premium subscription.  If you choose not to upgrade, you'll want to be sure to cancel the trial before the deadline. The Subscription section of your account is the best place to go to view all of your subscription options and make any necessary changes. Does the button for 'Artist Only' and 'Deep Cuts' disappear after a while or does the listening session end and kick you back into regular radio? If the buttons are disappearing, can you please take a screenshot when this happens. If you need help with this just let me know.
