Hi @cerhorn thanks for posting to community! ❤️ It may be worth noting that you are in fact signed up for a 30-day trial of Pandora Plus, not Premium, through Google Play.  Due to licensing requirements, Artist Only mode requires a Pandora Premium subscription or complimentary Pandora Premium Session. Free listeners and Pandora Plus subscribers can activate a temporary and complimentary session of Pandora Premium by viewing an advertisement. When the Premium session ends, your account will return to your regular service automatically.  From your description about receiving 'exclusively other artist', it sounds like you may have been in Discovery, which surfaces artists who don’t usually play on this station. As Deep Cuts mode focuses on playing lesser-known tracks by the artists that normally play on your station. However, keep in mind, that licensing regulations will still apply while in Modes.  Also, if you've added any variety to a station, the variety will also be included in the Modes selection.  Some tips that may help: To explore deeper cuts in an artist's collection you can create a new song-based station, that'll narrow the parameters of the music you're likely to hear. Be sure to Thumb down tracks that do not fit. This will prevent that song from playing again, and Pandora will learn more about what you don't want to hear. Make sure each of the thumbs-up you've given fits in with the type of station you are trying to create. If not, then remove that thumbs-up rating from the station page. Thanks for the info @Cammie ! You can find the Pandora version with the following steps. When you open Pandora: > Profile tab at the bottom > Settings gear at the top & scroll to the bottom of the screen ++ If you're able to grab that picture when the error happens, that would be super helpful! Be sure to do this when the vehicle is not in motion and conditions are safe.  ++ Also, I've asked our User Support team to start a trace on your account to better help us understand what is happening. Would you mind uninstalling and reinstalling the app for me.  To do that: Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking." Then tap the tiny "x" that appears in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to delete the app. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device. *Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. Thanks for the info @GRAY_CPA - I've asked our User Support team to start a trace on your account.  If you haven't already tried some troubleshooting, let try these steps: First, try resetting the Pandora app from the Help menu (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you). Press Alt on your keyboard to bring up a menu options at the top of the page, then select Help and Reset App Data. If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling using the following steps: Locate Pandora in your Start Menu, and right-click to reveal an additional menu. Select Uninstall from the dropdown menu. From there, select Pandora from the list and confirm by selecting Uninstall once more. Next, find our app in the Windows Store on your device. Search for Pandora in the upper right corner and click or tap Get to re-install. Please note that downloading any application on your devices requires a Microsoft account and password, and it may be a different email address and password than those on your Pandora account. Also, we do not support Pandora on unofficial OS releases, like preview or developer builds. We only support Pandora on configurations that we have fully tested, so as to ensure the application will work correctly and not cause any problems with functions of the device. Hi @PatDevlin thanks for posting! There isn't a way to move thumbs from one station to another currently, thumbs are station specific and shouldn't affect other stations. For now, you can edit thumbs, if you'd like steps on how to do this, just let me know.  In the meantime, would you mind giving me a couple of examples of songs that don't fit the station? Hi @Pandishar thanks for posting to community! At this time, Pandora Plus listeners cannot add, delete or swap out which stations will be available for offline listening. If this is a feature you'd like to see for Pandora Plus, I would recommend visiting our Feature Request board. This is the best place to report feedback and give the ideas you'd like to see on Pandora. Don't forget to vote. ❤️ In the meantime, have you tried any troubleshooting? If not, lets give the following a try: I'd recommend disabling the offline listening feature and re-enabling it, which will reset the download process. Then, make sure to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes. To do that from a mobile device: Tap the Profile tab and then the Settings gear in the top right corner. Toggle Offline Mode off, and confirm that you'd like to remove the content from your device. Toggle Offline Mode on again, to reset the download process. Keep the Pandora app in the foreground of your device while your offline stations re-download. Let me know how it goes.  ... View more

On-demand content, such as the option to listen to specific albums and songs are only a feature of Pandora Premium, not Pandora Plus.  Pandora Plus subscribers get access to our industry-leading internet radio and podcast service with added features to enhance the listening experience. With Pandora Plus, listeners have: Ad-free music; Unlimited skips; The ability to replay songs; The option to download radio stations for offline listening. On the other hand, Pandora Premium subscribers receive all the same benefits, as well as on-demand control. So Pandora Premium subscribers can: Listen to songs or albums on-demand; Create custom playlists; Download songs, albums or playlists for offline listening; Access Higher Quality Audio; Queue content to keep the music playing.  It sounds like you've been enabling a complimentary session of Pandora Premium, which allows you to interact with an advertisement in order to listen to content on-demand.  With that in mind, Premium Access is not available on all devices, such as Amazon Alexa.
