We have a couple of threads that can address song issues: How to flag/report library errors This thread is available to report incorrect song titles, lyric issues, or wrong artist details. Be sure to include the full name of the artist and song, feel free to include a picture or screenshot of what you're seeing. Hearing out of place tracks on station You can use this thread to report songs that may not fit the genre of your station. Be sure to include the full name of the artist and song, and feel free to post a picture of what you're seeing. We also recommend thumbing the track down so it won't play again on that station.   Having said that, I went through your play history from 5/18/2025 and I'm pretty sure I came across the song you're referencing - and wow, I see what you mean. Hi @billanschell  Welcome to the community! It sounds like your Honda might have the Android Automotive Operating System (AAOS). Unfortunately, Pandora isn't available through AAOS. You would need to connect your mobile to your Honda by Bluetooth or USB connection to listen. I understand this isn't the seamless experience you were hoping for. First, let's reboot your Roku using the following steps: Press the Home button on your Roku remote. Scroll to select Settings. Next select System and then Power. If you don't see Power, skip to the next step. Finally, select System Restart. If you still have trouble, remove the Pandora channel from My Channels, and try re-adding it from the Channel Store. (You can find the Remove channel option by pressing the * key on your remote while the Pandora channel is highlighted on the home screen.) ... View more

Hi @navydad1975  Welcome to community! Unfortunately, Pandora is a streaming-only platform and doesn't offer the ability to purchase or download songs for use as ringtones. While Pandora Plus and Premium subscribers can download music for offline listening within the app, these downloads cannot be accessed or used outside of the Pandora app, for use, such as for ringtones. Thanks for the follow up, @PooperScooper  I know with some 3rd party players you'll need to either select USB or in some cases, an external source in order to play when connected. Just to confirm, when you connect with Bluetooth, you're able to select content to play, but there is no sound. Does it look like it's playing, the counter moving, but no sound? Oh, I see, @mrbobC. Since you're on an iPhone, and Apple CarPlay is not available through AAOS and Pandora does not support AAOS, the only way to access Pandora in your vehicle at this time is by connecting your iPhone via Bluetooth or USB. Hi @mrbobC There are two version of Android Auto. The first, a phone-based app that projects a simplified version of your Android phone’s interface onto your car’s infotainment screen. You connect your phone (via USB or wirelessly), and the car displays an interface controlled by your phone. The second, which your vehicle is equipped with, is Android Auto Operating System. A full operating system built into the car itself, based on Android. The car has Android built in, so it can run apps and functions natively, without needing a phone. Hi @KB-Mimi  No problem! Feel free to let me know if you need me to explain anything more deeply. There are a couple of ways the Pandora app, could appear within your Mercedes. It sounds like you may be connecting with Apple CarPlay.   To confirm, can you send me a picture of what you're seeing? You can include a picture directly here on community.
