Trying to change my password, but using safari on my iPad, there is no way to access “settings”. Just an endless loop from help to sign up. Terribly unhelpful. How do you sleep at night with such a **ahem**ty website?

I do not remember my password. I tried to reset it using a link from Pandora and that did not work. When I clicked on the link to changer the password, it just took me back, logged into with the password I do not remember and I cannot change it using the edit . It ask for my current password to complete the change which I do not remember.

So... for the last year the site has not allowed password changes and it hasn't been fixed? Wow. You REALLY need to fix this problem. I mean, it's pretty dang simple... you click Edit in your Settings and you can't change the password field. Obviously there should be a button for changing password, or a second field and both be editable, because you have to confirm a new password in any intelligent system. But you can't even modify the one password field that is there when in edit mode. So fix your site already!!
Hi @ebonweaver , welcome to the Pandora Community!
You should be able to edit your password on your Settings > Account info > Click on edit.
If you are having trouble with that can you tell me what happens when you click on the dots under Password? Do you see an error message? Is it not allowing you to write?
Let me know!
Wow... so it seems the issue might actually be the worst UI I have ever seen, and that's in a 25 year tech career.
1. When in edit mode, the password field is still a single field and contains grayed out dots. This indicates visually it can not be edited. This must be fixed.
2. When you click in that field nothing happens, it's still grayed out dots. See point 1.
3. If you start typing in the field that by all appearances is disabled, you CAN type in it. See point 1.
4. There is no confirmation field to ensure you didn't make a typo. There is no button to show the field contents instead of dots. This must all be fixed.
5. There is no requirement to enter your existing password to change your password. This does not meet modern security practices.
It's as if the people coding this UI have never used another account system in their life and have no clue how such an interface is supposed to be designed and have no concept of ensuring an error free experience to users. And after 5 years of feedback indicating this is a problem because countless people say they can't change their password, no one has figured out the actual issue is the worst account management UI in the history of the internet or done a thing about it. But you can immediately moderate my posts huh? Great priorities.
Hi @ebonweaver
Thanks for your sharing your feedback regarding the password account UI. I've gone ahead and passed along your feedback to the appropriate teams to consider when making improvements to the Pandora experience. In the meantime, if you continue to run into trouble with a password reset, the Moderation team is happy to assist.
Hi @kblount99
If you believe someone has accessed your Pandora, I recommend changing your password and removing all the devices associated with your Pandora.
You can use the following steps:

I want be able to listen on phone. I have tried to change your generated password but it wants a user name. All I know is my email.
Hi @lgbak
Welcome to community!
Did you get a generated password from our support team? Resetting your password through the reset password link shouldn't give you a temporary password.
Since Pandora accounts don't have a username, you can try your email address to see if it will work.
Let me know if you continue to have trouble.
