While I don't believe any troubleshooting steps I can recommend would offer an immediate resolution I'm happy to pass this along to our engineering team. Can you tell me more about your experience? Does this happen when switching stations, using replay or something else? Can you also let me know the following info: make and model of your mobile: OS version: Pandora version: Are you connected to to Android Auto or CarPlay? Thanks for the help!

Hi @hypoxic Thanks for confirming that disabling Auto Start has resolved your previous experience. Please note, it is expected that Pandora will begin playing when launching the app on a mobile device. However, as a Plus or Premium subscriber, the ability to disable this functionality is available. In the meantime, can you please confirm the following: Make and model of your Android: Pandora version: Also, when you say you close the app, are you force closing the app or simple moving it to the background? Does this happen when you start playback on one station or when switching stations?

Can you let me know the following information: Android OS version: Pandora version: Can you confirm if this happens when streaming directly from your Android or when connected to another device, such as a Bluetooth speaker? Also, can you do me a favor and please share a screenshot of what you're seeing when the app becomes unresponsive? You can include pictures directly here on community. This is best done through a web or mobile web browser. You won't be able include a screenshot if replying through the email notification you may receive In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account to help investigate. Can you try the following troubleshooting steps to see if they will help improve your experience: Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. After completing these steps you will be asked to log into your account. Please note that Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. Thanks for the help and let me know if you run into trouble.

Hi @pagescster Welcome to community. To confirm your experience, your PC laptop is connected to your JBL Bluetooth speaker, and when you play Pandora, you're hearing sounds and tones from your computer, but not hearing playback from Pandora? Do you have a similar experience when streaming content from other services or is this only happening with Pandora?

Can you confirm if this is only happening when playing Pandora through your Google browser, or do you have the same experience when using another browser like Firefox or Edge. In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account. Can you do me a favor and power cycle your TV by unplugging it from the power source for at least 5 minutes and then plugging it back. Hi @PMM Welcome to community! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Chromcast on your Google Nest Hub. I'm happy to pass this along to our engineering team for further review and investigation. In the meantime, if you haven't already, I recommend trying to following troubleshooting steps to see if they will help improve your experience. Check to see if there are any updates available for your Pandora app and update if needed. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast device. Try reinstalling or clearing app data for Pandora on your device. Restart your Chromecast device by unplugging the power source and plugging it back in. Restart the Pandora app on your device. Run the Chromecast app to set up your Chromecast device again. If you are still having trouble with Chromecast, please refer to Google's support page here. Thanks for being part of community!

Hi @B33fcurtains We understand your concerns, however, all the moderators on the Pandora community are real people. We don't actively collect data from listeners so we aren't able to investigate your particular experience prior to the trace being enabled. Based on your recent message it sounds like you have multiple Pandora accounts with multiple Alexa devices on one Amazon account. If this is not the case, please let me know. In order for you and your other family members to stream Pandora simultaneously on your Alexa devices, you'll first need to set up Amazon Household. Once this has been done, you will be able to create an additional Amazon account that can then be linked to your other family member's Pandora accounts. Otherwise, you won't be able to connect multiple Pandora accounts to a single Amazon account. More information on Amazon Household can be found on their support page.

Hi @Oliviawierzel Sorry to hear you're having trouble with offline content. I would recommend resetting all your offline content by manually signing out and back into the Pandora app. I've often found it to be more effective to plug your phone into a power source, and leave Pandora in the foreground of your iPhone while your offline stations re-download. You can view the download progress from Settings within the app. Tap the Profile tab and then the Settings gear in the top right corner. Next select Offline. You should now be able to view a progress bar indicating the current download status.

Hi @futwice Welcome to community. Sorry to hear you're not seeing all your stations on your Sony Bravia. Can you share a picture of what you're seeing on your TV. You can include a picture here on community. The best way to do this is through a web or mobile browser. You won't be able to include a picture in the email notification you may receive. Additionally, are you able to sort your stations on your TV from A-Z. I'm curious if the stations are being cut off at a certain point. Thanks for the help!

Hi @redermint Welcome to community! The advanced tab can be locating within Settings in the Pandora app. From here you can customize some settings, such as Auto-Lock, AutoPlay and Auto-Start. From the Pandora app, visit Profile > Settings > Scroll down to Advanced I've included a screenshot below: While this thread is specific to iOS device, I see that you're on an Android, the steps should be the same.

Hi @bswanson Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Kindle Fire 8. Could you please send me some more information about your device? System version*: Pandora version**: Are you connected to Wi-Fi or 3G when this is happening? *To find the system version, swipe down from the top of your screen and select More. From there, select Device, then About, and view the System Version. **To find the Pandora version on your device, launch the Pandora app on your Kindle Fire, tap the 3 vertical dots in the bottom right corner of the screen, and select Settings. The version number (e.g., "version 6.3") will be directly beneath Sign Out. Thanks for the help!
