Could you tell me a little more about your setup and what you're hearing? Is Pandora installed directly on your TV, or are you listening through another device like a cable box, streaming stick, or receiver? What exactly happens with the sound? For example, does it sound muffled, low volume, distorted, or does it cut in and out? Does this happen on all stations, or only certain content? Yes, I’ve tried all of this. After reinstalling the app, the first time using it the rectangular AirPlay icon is there and it works fine. When I exit the Pandora app and try it again, the circular AirPlay icon appears in the app and my issues start. What causes the AirPlay to change? ... View more

Just to confirm your setup, are you currently trying to use Pandora directly through the GMC infotainment system’s built-in Pandora integration? If yes, unfortunately, support for Pandora on older GM infotainment systems is no longer available due to the vehicle software limitations you referenced in the GM bulletin. As an alternative, I recommend connecting through Apple CarPlay, which may provide a better overall experience, or streaming Pandora through a standard Bluetooth connection instead. This happens with my pixel phone as well. I have everything turned off for auto launch but every time I get in my car it will run in the background. I will then have to go force stop it. There are times I don't know it is running in the background until hours later and wondering why my battery is draining faster than normal. That's when I have to force stop it. It so freaking frustrating. Only way I have stopped it is logging out of Pandora every time I use it which is absolutely ridiculous.
