Sorry to hear you’re running into trouble with your DirecTV. I’m happy to take a look.
Just to clarify first, Pandora doesn’t offer phone support, so the number you’re using isn’t affiliated with us.
Can you tell me a bit more about your setup? What’s the make and model of your TV?
In the meantime, I’ve checked your Pandora account and don’t see a previous DirecTV connection. Is this a new set up?
I do see a Roku and an Android TV listed. If you've been using Pandora recently, could the app be directly found on your Android TV? To help me investigate more, could you share a photo of what you’re seeing on your TV? You can upload images directly here in the thread. This works best from a mobile device or web browser, since photos can’t be shared through email notifications.
