 I unplugged my AT&T internet modem and plugged it back in after 5 minutes. Reset the WIFI connection on the TV, and then uninstalled Pandora and reinstalled it again. I am letting it run now, and I'll see if it holds without going out on me. Now the message is back again... "Connect to Pandora. Please check your connection." I think your response about "prevent[ing] an artist from playing on your account" is missing the point. It's not one particular artist we want to filter out, it's the entirety of AI-generated music. Pandora should make an effort to clearly label music that was generated by AI and provide users with a mechanism to filter out all of it. Pandora is an internet-based service, so listening in a vehicle requires a compatible device with an internet connection. This is typically a smartphone connected to the vehicle through Bluetooth, USB, Apple CarPlay, or Android Auto, or a vehicle with Pandora-compatible connected services built in. Since your flip phone isn’t able to connect to your vehicle or access Pandora, unfortunately there isn’t another way to stream Pandora directly through your Ford’s audio system with your current setup. Hi @harkesy  Welcome to Community! Sorry to hear about the trouble listening on your Xumo Stream Box.  Since you've already tried restarting the Xumo box, I'd like to try a couple of other things. First, does this happen only while listening to Pandora, or have you noticed similar audio issues with other apps on the Xumo box? In the meantime, if you're able to access the Settings menu within the Pandora app, try signing out of your Pandora account and then signing back in before playing again. If the issue continues, let me know whether it affects every song you play and whether the sound occurs throughout the entire track or mainly when transitioning between songs. The number of Thumbs displayed directly on your Profile is limited on web and mobile, so the count shown there may not match the total number of Thumbs associated with your account. When you tap or click on your Thumbs, you'll see a more complete list, which can include Thumbs from stations that have since been deleted. Typically, to remove Thumbs associated with a deleted station, the station would need to be recreated first so the Thumbs can be removed. If you're not sure which stations you previously had, I'm happy to take a closer look and request a review to have the Thumbs associated with those deleted stations removed from your account.
