@mlne7790 I had our support team take a look at your account, and it doesn't appear you've actually collected any podcasts yet. To collect podcasts, use Search, Browse or For You to find an episode or series and select (+) My Collection. To stay up to date with your favorite shows, we recommend adding the entire podcast to your collection by going to the main program page and toggling the (+) My Collection button. Once you've collected a podcast or podcast episode, you can view it under My Collection. Free listeners and Pandora Plus subscribers will select My Collection and then Podcasts. Pandora Premium subscribers will select My Collection and then tap the bar under the album art that reads Added to My Collection. From there, filter your collection by Podcasts to view any podcasts you've added to your collection. If you don't have anything there, you may not have collected the podcast you're looking for, or you may need to update your mobile app to the latest version (if you are listening to Pandora through a mobile device). @pre While there is not currently a way to export or compile a complete list of bookmarks and thumb ratings (without having to tap on the "load more" option), I recommend creating a feature request for your idea here. 💡 I'm sure this is something many other users would be interested in seeing as well. @JKD Thank you for following up with this information. I recommend running through the troubleshooting steps listed on our help page as they should resolve the issues you are experiencing. @eskimotony I definitely understand your frustration with this. I know you mentioned this is happening across devices, however let's first focus on seeing if we can prevent it from happening again when streaming Pandora on your phone. To begin, try running through the troubleshooting steps listed on our help page for Android devices. If this doesn't resolve the issue, I'd like to report this to our engineering team. Can you send over a bit more info about your device if that is the case? Model: Carrier: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Build number (Settings > About Phone): Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version: If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number. If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? Have you identified any other patterns or notable information? Let me know what you can find out.

@maxzakh After signing into the website or app, you should be able to select a station to play and navigate to the now playing screen. Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device? If you are on a computer, are you listening from: A Mac or Windows computer? Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using? If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say? Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing? Thanks for all your help with this!

@JKD I took a look at your account and do see that you were able to switch over to a free trial to Pandora Premium through Google Play, so I believe your initial issue is now resolved. That being said, I moved your post to the Android space since it sounds like you are running into additional issues streaming Pandora on that device. Infinite skip glitch: Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? To clarify, do you select a song to play, and instead of streaming smoothly, it just skips through the song until it is complete? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say? Can you provide me with a screen-recording of what you're seeing? Half of your collection loading: Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening with this as well? After signing into the app, it sounds like only half of your stations are loading. Does the rest of your collection eventually appear after a minute or two? Or are you never able to get your full collection to load on your phone? Can you please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing? I appreciate all of your help with this!

@eskimotony Nice to see you around the community. 👋🏽 To clarify, do the same 20 or so tracks play throughout the same listening session? For example, if you play that specific playlist today for 5 hours straight, will it just cycle through the same 20 or so songs? Or is the issue that with each new listening session (regardless of what device you are using), the same 20 or so tracks always play first before any of the other tracks on that playlist do? Let me know.

@juneb52bug The ads that play on Pandora are delivered according to agreements we have with our advertisers whose contributions make Pandora possible. Unfortunately, there's not a way to control the kinds of ads that play on your stations, or to stop particular ads from playing. You do always have the option of filtering out ads containing explicit material by going into Settings and enabling the Explicit Filter. In the meantime, I recommend giving the Downvote or turn off specific ads feature request a ❤️to express your interest in getting it added to the service as well. Hope this is helpful.

@srtowens Unfortunately, there is not a way to bulk delete the thumb ratings you've given on a station. The only way to accomplish that at this time is to manually delete each thumb rating one at a time on your station. In the meantime, I recommend giving the Bulk Edit/Delete Content feature request a ❤️to express your interest in getting it added to the service as well.
