I've removed the device association with your Pandora account. When this takes effect it will automatically log you out. Can you please sign back in and replicate the issue once more. Could you provide a little more info about your device? Make and model of your device; Mode: Desktop or Tablet? Network (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G/LTE); Pandora version (under Pandora Settings on the bottom left); Windows version & build; Are there any error messages? If so, what do they say? Also, are you running a Preview Build of Windows? If so, are you in the fast ring or slow ring?   For your iPad: The current version of Pandora for iOS requires iOS 13. To confirm the iOS version you are running on your device, open your device's Settings, go to General, About, and Version.  If you are running a version older than iOS 13, you will need to update your device's operating system (OS). @snoonan711 Thanks for posting to community! I've enabled a trace on your account to help investigate. When you switch to Offline Mode on your device it should not use cellular data. Can you take a screenshot of what you see that show's data is being used while in Offline Mode? If you need steps on how to take a screenshot, let me know.  Can you also tell me a little more about the device? Make and Model: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Build number (Settings > About Phone): Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version: Open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number. To prevent your stations from becoming too repetitive, we periodically refresh your offline stations based on your online listening habits and the Thumb feedback you give. Each offline station that is downloaded will provide approximately 3 hours of music for you to enjoy. While listening offline, it's important to continue giving feedback in the form of Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down and to periodically connect to Pandora through Wi-Fi or a mobile network, we will use that info to personalize and replace the offline tracks with new ones. Checking the parent account out on your previous subscription, I do see that the subscription of Premium Family ended on 5/18/21. However that account is now upgraded to a 60-day trial of an individual Premium subscription, not Premium Family. Then tap on the Settings gear in the top right corner and select Account. From here you can change all your registration information (including your email address, zip code and password). Make sure to tap Save when you're finished. When asked for your password to save changes, be sure to enter your previous password. Only then will your new password take effect. Hi @Dan8! Thanks for posting to community! Happy to hear that you're enjoy Pandora! ❤️ Sounds like you're using Pandora on Roku pretty often, so it should pick up where you left off. Meaning if you were on your QuickMix station last, it should resume from there again.  If you've made any changes on another device, like web or mobile, the changes should carry over to Roku automatically. For example, if you made changes to your shuffle selection on web, but don't notice a change on Roku. You may need to select another station and then reselect QuickMix again for the update to take effect.  If you see QuickMix in the upper left corner, that's what is currently playing, in this case the shuffle station. If you choose another stations, it should update with the name of that station. If you're hearing repetition, I can recommend some steps that may help: Avoid including stations based on similar artists or songs. Choosing several stations of a similar style will create a repetitive shuffle mix. When selecting stations for shuffle (or when creating any new stations in general) consider selecting artists or tracks that musically contrast. This will yield a broader playlist. Edit individual stations: In some cases, it might actually help to remove Thumbs up ratings from your shuffled stations to mix things up. Hey @Dutch! Thanks for posting.  Sounds like you're using the Sonos app to play Pandora. Can you let me know if you're using S1 or S2 app? I would recommend checking for any updates to the Sonos and Pandora apps. To check for any necessary updates, visit the app store on your device. Then, make sure that your Sonos' firmware is up to date. To check for firmware updates from an iOS or Android device, open your Sonos app and tap on the More tab. Select Settings and then Check for Updates. If you're getting an error message, can you do me a favor and take a screenshot of this to share here with me.  Let me know how it goes.    ... View more
