Does it connect but no sound? Do you receive an error message? If so what does it say? To find you Pandora version: Open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Hi @Dylan_rhodes9!  Pandora controls will default to your car’s head unit when connected to your phone. If you prefer to control Pandora from your mobile device*, you’ll want to toggle the Launch from car feature Off and use a standard Bluetooth or aux connection. To do this: Open Pandora. Tap the Profile tab Tap the Settings gear in the upper right corner. Select Advanced. Under Bluetooth for devices uncheck the box next to Launch from car. Please note that if you disable the Launch from car feature, you’ll have to launch Pandora on your phone before you connect your phone to the car.   If this doesn't sound like what's happening with you, can you tell me a little more about your vehicle and phone? How is your smartphone connected to your vehicle? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux) Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay What is the make, model and year of your vehicle? If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device? What is the make and model of your phone? Hi @Ni10gal! You can use the following steps to activate your in-home device: Launch the Pandora application. Select New User. An activation page will appear with a code - leave this code up on the device screen as you continue. From the web, visit www.pandora.com/[brand of device] and enter the activation code there (e.g. www.pandora.com/samsung). Hi @Coachcathy!  Thanks for trying. The app wouldn't have been removed from your screen, but you should have been asked to log-in again. Sometimes the device removal doesn't happen immediately. In the meantime, I'm going to remove your Chevy device association from your Pandora account. This will automatically log you out when this takes effect. Hi @Coachcathy!  Thanks for following up with those pictures! Looks like the Pandora app is found on your DirecTV. This is helpful to start some troubleshooting steps.  I've also created a brand new post for you since this is a little different then the previous thread.  To begin with, I've started a trace on your account, this will help us diagnose the issue. I've removed the DirecTV association from your Pandora account. This will automatically log you off, please be patience as this may not happen instantaneously.  Before logging back in, can you please power-cycle your modem and router, then sign into Pandora and try to replicate the same behavior again. You can type in your favorite artist or song and music that is similar to your selection will play on your station. While Pandora Premium allows you to listen to on-demand content such as albums, songs and the ability to create personal customized playlist.  However, because individual manufacturers are usually responsible for the implementation of the Pandora application, some devices may lack Pandora Premium's features.
