Hi @Jal063! Thanks for posting. Could you provide the following information so I can investigate? What is the make, model and year of your vehicle? If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device? What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)? How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux) Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay? Have you experienced this issue only when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car? Let me know. Use your mobile device only when conditions allow and as permitted by applicable law.

If you have an aftermarket stereo (non-OEM), can you provide me the brand and model number? Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay? Keep in mind, all Pandora automotive implementations require you to use a compatible iPhone or Android with an active internet connection. Let me know. *Use your mobile device only when conditions allow and as permitted by applicable law.

Hi @Aubreynwetten2! Thanks for posting. Just to confirm, this is only happening on your current iPhone, it worked fine when you tried with the other iPhone? When you reset the factory settings did it ask to you establish a new bluetooth connection? Could you tell me more about your iPhone? Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone 5c, iPod 6th gen, iPad Air2, etc.) iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version) Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen) I've also enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what is happening. I know you've already uninstalled/reinstalled once, but would you mind doing this again while the trace is enabled. Then please replicate this issue taking note of the time frame and date. I'd like to take a closer look. Thanks for the help.

Hi @alanward! Thanks for posting, sorry to hear those steps didn't help. Can you tell me a little more about your device? Model: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version: Since you can't open Pandora you should be able to find this with the following steps: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? Let me know.

Hi @Knndy330! Thanks for the follow up. Sounds like two separate issues are occurring. The first, songs that you've thumbed down are continuing to play on the station. The second, songs are repetitive on your Rotimi and Nicki Minaj Radio stations when in Artist-Only mode. Do you notice this only when in Artist-Only mode? Is this only occurring on your phone? Can you replicating this on the web? To further investigate both of these, we'll need to gather more specifics about the tracks that are playing. Can you please provide the following: Which tracks you've thumbed down that continue to play. Please include the station name they are playing on. Which track(s) are repetitive on your station(s). In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what is happening. Thanks for your continue patience and help.

Hi @SLUMERIIC4N! Thanks for posting and sorry to hear that. Can you let me know some info about your XBox: Could you tell me what OS version your Xbox One is on? (To find that, go to Settings > System > Console info.) Also, what version of the Pandora app are you on? (You can find that in the Pandora app in Settings, underneath Terms of Use.) Thank you!

From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps:* *Please note: Pandora Premium listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after this, please let us know. Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. Keep in mind that the steps for each Android device is slightly different. For Pixel devices, you can find helpful steps here. You'll also be asked to log into your account after completing these steps. Let me know how it goes.

Hi @calextorres96! After you're able to start Pandora, are there any interruptions to playback during your listening? Do you notice any buffering? For Chrome, it sounds like you may be running into their autoplay policy, which keeps websites from starting media automatically. If the same thing is happening in Firefox, I have a few steps we can try to see if it will help. In Firefox, first, determine your default autoplay settings for all websites. To do that: Click the menu icon and select Preferences. From the Privacy & Security tab, scroll down to the Permissions section. Find Autoplay and select Settings... to view your default option. If your default is set to Block Audio or Block Audio or Video, you'll need to make an exception for the Pandora website. Return to pandora.com Select the padlock icon in the address bar to open the Site Information drop-down panel. Click on the arrow to the right of Connection Secure to show connection details and select More Information. Click Permissions and locate Autoplay. Uncheck the Use Default box and select Allow Audio and Video. Let me know how it goes.

Hi @ThChrMn I'm happy to take a closer look. Sorry for any confusion on my part, I just want to be sure I understand what is happening with your stations more thoroughly. Normally, Pandora radio stations will play related content, not necessarily tracks by the station name or seeds. When you say it's playing other artist, is it playing another genre of tracks? Can you give me an example of a station you see this on? For your thumbs, are you not seeing them from the now playing screen or is the option completely missing? Are you able to play your Thumbprint Radio? Would you be able to share a few screenshots of what you're seeing in the MusicCast app? Thanks for your continue patience while we look into this.

Android version (Settings > About Phone): Build number (Settings > About Phone): Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version: Open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number. Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? Let me know how it goes.
