You can include pictures here on community through a web or mobile browser. You won't be able to include pictures through the notification you may receive. In the meantime, let's try some troubleshooting. Please try clearing the cache and data on your TV. The following steps may be different depending on your model of Android TV. Be sure to keep your perfect station, perfect, by following a few helpful tips when it comes to station maintenance. SEEDS Generally, stations work best with no more than 5 seeds. While you can add more, you may run into trouble should a seed be updated or changed. If you receive an error message when trying to play your station, check your seeds and remove or update a seed that may have been updated. THUMBS Be sure to keep your thumbs balanced. If you have more thumbs down, than thumbs up, the station may have trouble figuring out what you like. It's best to keep your thumbs balanced and help teach Pandora what you like. To clarify, for example, you're listening to Pandora on your Android phone, put in your Bluetooth headphones, your Android connects, but Pandora pauses instead of playing through your headphones? Does that sound correct? Can you confirm your OS and Pandora version? Have you tried clearing the App Data yet? If not, I would give it a try to see if it helps to improve your experience. You can do this by: Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. Also, just to rule it out, have you already tried unlinking and re-linking your account through the Google Home App? In the meantime, I've passed along your information to our engineering team for further review. I'd also like to ask that you send a diagnostic to Google as well. You can do this by requesting content again, and when it fails to launch correctly, file feedback with Google by saying "Ok Google, file feedback." This will send a diagnostic report to Google.
