Thanks for posting to community @RAE1. It sounds like your ISP may be routing your internet outside of the US. Let's try rebooting your connection:  Shut down your device completely; Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in; Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up; Turn your device back on and try Pandora again. If Pandora still isn't working, please let me know the IP address that appears here, the name of your ISP, and your zip code, and I'll see what I can do.  Also, is the Pandora app located on your Samsung TV or through another device like DirecTV or Roku? Hi @coscia, thanks for posting to community! 👋🏻 I checked your account and it looks like you're eligible for a six month trial of Pandora Premium at the cost of Pandora Plus. To view all of your options, log into our website from a computer, and select the Subscription tab. Next, click on Get Premium. Keep in mind, if you'd rather not update to an actual Premium subscription, you'll need to cancel the trial before the end date. @Martha-bun Awesome! 😃 Thanks for the feedback for the playlist naming, it's helpful as we improve our services.  In the meantime, you should be able to edit the name of the playlist on your end. Tap the Edit icon below the album art, then tap the current name of the playlist to rename it. This looks like a playlist and Thumbs are not available on playlist created by you, other users or Pandora Curators.  However, if you're listening to personalized playlists, like, The Drop or Your Chill Soundtrack you can still provide Thumb feedback. You can Thumb Up and Thumb Down from the Now Playing screen on your mobile device or from the playlist's backstage page, just swipe left on the track you'd like to Thumb to reveal the Thumb Up and Down icons. Thanks for the feedback on auto generated playlists. 👍🏻 In the meantime, you are able to delete playlist from your mobile device or from the web.  To delete a playlist from your Pandora app, go to My Collection and tap the name of the playlist you'd like to delete. This will bring you to your playlist settings. Next, tap the Edit icon below the album art, scroll down and select Delete Playlist.* To delete a playlist from our website, click the title of the playlist from the Now Playing or My Collection page. Then hover over the check mark below the album art and click Delete Playlist.* *Please note that you won't be able to recover a deleted playlist on your end at this time. If you accidentally delete a playlist, let us know and we can help restore it for you.   ... View more

Thanks for following up @Savageman5. I checked on the web, and I don't see the playlist on my end. There may be cache issue on your Note.  I'd like to try clearing the app data to see if this will help.  *Please note: Pandora Premium listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after clearing the app data. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after, please let me know. You can clear the app data from your Android Settings: Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. Sorry to hear this.  To help investigate can you let me know the following: Can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?   When you connect via Bluetooth only, is the album art still now showing?   Is your vehicle equipped with Apple CarPlay?   In the meantime, I've asked our User Support team to enable a trace on your account to help us better understand what’s happening. While this trace is enabled, can you please uninstall the Pandora app on your iPhone and then reinstall it.  To do that: Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking." Then tap the tiny "x" that appears in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to delete the app. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device. *Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after reinstalling, please let me know.
