Hi there, @Deb53. 👋

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting to your Amazon Echo device.

I'm not seeing that you've activated Pandora on your Amazon Echo yet.

Here's how to set up Pandora on Amazon Alexa from a mobile device:

  1. Tap Profile > Settings (the gear icon in the top right) > Link with Alexa.
  2. When prompted to listen with Alexa, select Connect Now.
  3. You'll be taken to the Alexa app to select Link and to enable the Pandora skill. (If you do not have the Alexa app installed you will need to enter your Amazon account login and password first).
  4. Finish by selecting Got it!
  5. Return to the Music settings to set Pandora as your Default Music Library and Default Station.

++

If you're still having the same problem, then please try the following steps:

  1. Check to see if there are any updates available for your Alexa and Pandora apps. Update both as necessary.
  2. Restart your Alexa device by unplugging the power source and plugging it back in.
  3. Try unlinking and relinking your Pandora account via the Alexa app.

Let me know if this helps, and how it goes. 🎧
