I pay for pandora plus, but when I play pandora on my google hub max, it will only access the free version. I pay not to hear commercials, but I get them and limited skips even though I'm connected to my pandora account. Ideas or solutions?

It sounds like you may have more than one Pandora account. I checked the email associated with your Community/Pandora account and it's never been upgraded.
If you have ad-free listening on another device. I would recommend verifying which email you're using to log in and then make sure you're signed into the same account on your Google Hub.
