Hi @CockerMom! Thanks for following up in the PM with that additional info. I'm going to continue in this thread just in case anyone else has a similar problem they can follow along. I checked the account, and I do see that the account is upgraded to Pandora Plus and has 34 active stations. I'm not sure why only 6 stations are viewable on the TV. If you're able to send me some pictures of what you're seeing, that would be great. You can post pictures directly in your response here on community. In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on the account and I'd like to start with some troubleshooting steps. First make sure your TV has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. For steps on how to update the firmware I would refer to the owners manual for the TV itself. Then try removing the Pandora app and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your TV).

Hi @DarkSorrow! Welcome to community and thanks for posting. Sorry for any trouble listening to Pandora in your vehicle. Could you provide the following information so I can investigate? What is the model of your iPhone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)? When connected to CarPlay, is this through USB? Have you experienced this issue only when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car? It sounds like Pandora goes into Auto-Play after the song has finished but is including songs that don't quite fit the genre of the song that played. Can you give me the specific steps that lead up to your experience? For example: Connect to CarPlay > tap on My Collection > tap on (Station Name) > Station started playing unrelated content Also, any pictures of the head unit when this is happening would be great. You can include them in your response here. Thanks for the help! Hi @mojaux! Thanks for posting your experience to community. I've moved your post over to a new thread, just in case any one else has a similar experience. So that I can investigate, could you provide the following information? What is the make, model of your Ford? What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)? Sounds like you're connected via USB based on your description and using voice commands with Ford Sync to switch content. Does the same thing happen if you control Pandora directly through your phone? Can you do me a favor and please share a picture of the error message that you see on your head unit. Use your mobile device only when conditions allow and as permitted by applicable law.

Hi @rocketbetty I've gone ahead and enabled a trace on your account. Let's start with some basic troubleshooting. First make sure your Samsung has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. If you're not sure how to update to the latest firmware please refer to the owners manual for your specific device. Then, I would recommend a few standard network troubleshooting steps: Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your Samsung). Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting your Samsung. Try removing and re-adding the Pandora app (if applicable).

Hi @rocketbetty! Thanks for posting to community. Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? The model and year of your Samsung TV Does this happen with the integrated app found on your Samsung TV? Does this happen when casting to the TV with a mobile device? When the songs skip, do they play for a little bit before skipping to the next song? Have tried any troubleshooting? If yes, can you let me know which steps you've taken. Thanks!
