I've taken a look at your account and I see that your a Pandora Plus subscriber, however, you are triggering a complimentary session of Premium in order to listen to on-demand content, which is why you're seeing ads. As a Plus subscriber you'll receive: All advertising removed Create radio stations and enjoy podcasts Higher quality audio Skip all you want Replay songs Listen offline with your Android or iOS phone We've updated your experience so that you have the ability to listen to content on-demand, without being a Pandora Premium subscriber.  If you search for and select the name of an artist, or track, or album, you should be brought to a "backstage page" where you can either create a radio station or press play. If you press play you indicate that you'd like to listen to that content right away (or "on-demand"). Since only Pandora Premium subscribers can listen on-demand, you will either see an ad for Pandora Premium, or be prompted to watch a video ad to unlock a complimentary session of Pandora Premium. Keep in mind that upgrading to Pandora Premium or accepting a complimentary session of Pandora Premium is completely optional; you can close the ad and we'll create a station for you to listen to instead (if one is available). Hi @warriordoc77! Thanks for posting.  My first thought since you're a Premium subscriber is that this might have been offline content that was saved on your phone. When you uninstalled Pandora, your offline music was automatically removed.  I checked your offline content just now and see that 3 stations plus your Thumbprint Radio have been automatically downloaded for offline listening. If you'd prefer not use this, you can remove them, however, if you lose your network connection, Pandora may just stop.  If you notice that the space is creeping up again, feel free to let us know and we can take a closer look.  Also, just fyi, you won't be able to save Pandora on your SD card, installing the Pandora app on an SD card causes performance issues we can't provide support for. Hi @Agateswin - just checking in to see how it's going with your receiver.  I had another thought about your network connection. Would you mind trying the following steps as well:  Shut down your device completely; Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in; Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up; Turn your device back on and try Pandora again. Then run through the set-up again and see if you're still having the same issue.  I've gone ahead and removed the connection. Hi @GMM - I think I may have misunderstood your first post.  To clarify, when you stop playing Pandora on your TV and you move to a different device, in another room, when you play Pandora are you seeing different stations? Or are you saying the music doesn't pick-up where it left off? Each internet-connected device used to access Pandora receives its own unique stream of personalized music. So if you stop listening on one device and move to another device, a new stream will begin.  Let me know.  ... View more

If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device? What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)? How is your smartphone connected to your car?
