For in-home devices like your Grace Digital Radio, the audio quality will stream at 128kbps, regardless of whether your account is free or paid. The actual listening experience can vary depending on your network connection. If your Grace Digital device is connected via Wi-Fi, fluctuations in the signal strength may affect playback quality.

Hey @DavidAppleton - Chris from the Pandora for Creators space!
When an artist is missing some of the AMP marketing tools (like Featured Tracks and Artist Audio Messages), it normally means that their music is available on-demand but not spinning on radio yet.
Since these tools rely on radio, they will not populate until your music has been prepared for radio playback.
I have good news! It looks like our Curation team finished preparing your music for radio-playback over the weekend so you should have access to all of those AMP tools. If you log into AMP now, you should see them ✌️

I was just happen to be listening to Aaliyah's "Try Again", she performed in San Francisco by one of the pier for an MTV appearance (this was a long time ago, and I'll leave dates out 😂). I remember making my way on the train and walking along to the Embarcadero to watch her perform.

To help gather more information, I've enabled a trace on your account. Could you please, log out of your Pandora account on your Sonos, log back in and continue to listen to Pandora as you normally would.
The next time an ad disrupts a song, please take note of the following to share with me:
Date and time (including time zone)
The name of the station
The name of the track
What was the ad for?

I have this same problem as well. It used to be intermittent, but now it is constant. I can only get Pandora to play if I dont try to specify anything (Hey google, pandora), and that is hit or miss. Pretty annoying.

Sorry for any confusion! Unfortunately, Denon devices don't support Pandora Premium features like playlists. You should have full access to all your stations though. A complete list of devices that support Premium can be found here.

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
Are you using a Bluetooth connection?
Please also provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions:
iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Android Auto.
Could you confirm if this is only happening when in Offline Mode, or when you're online as well?
Is your Android Auto wireless or wired? If wireless, could you try a wired connection with a USB cord and let me know if you have the same trouble.
This will hopefully help me narrow down some troubleshooting.
