Last played date not updating on Roku

I'm streaming to my TV via Roku. It used to be that when I started Pandora, I would see all of my stations and they would be in the order of when I played them last. However, the last-play date is no longer updating. Is there a fix for this?

Hey @kapple01

Thanks so much for posting in the community.

I checked in with our User Support team, and it looks like you've been in contact with a specialist via email.

If you haven't already, please try out these troubleshooting steps listed in this Roku article.

Let me know if you still run into the same issue.

I never heard back from support. I looked at the troubleshooting tips you sent, but they didn't seem to apply.  My "last seen" list still is not updating on my ROKU unit.

@kapple01 Thanks for getting back to me.

I do see a User Support team member responded to your message on 10/26/2019.

Could you try checking your spam / junk folder to make sure it didn't end up there?

Also, were you able to run through the troubleshooting steps mentioned above?

Let me know.

@TalonAvex Thanks for posting to the community. 👋🏽

First, please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps:

  • Try rebooting your modem and router, then restarting the Roku player.
  • Try connecting directly with an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi, if the option is available for your model.

If you are still having trouble, please try using the steps in the following link to update your Roku software: https://support.roku.com/article/208755668-how-to-update-the-software-on-your-roku-streaming-device

Finally, try deleting the Pandora channel from My Channels, and try re-adding it from the Channel Store. (You can find the Remove channel option by pressing the * key on your remote while the Pandora channel is highlighted on the home screen.)

Let me know how it goes.
